Foodtown of Bainbridge

New and improved! Lived around the area and this supermarket just got renovated and expanded I am very impressed

I love this store. It has made huge updates since I started shopping here in the early 2000! Now so much more space.

Amazing Supermarket their produce section is out of this world they also have a vegan and vegetarian section that is great and comprable to a health food store their fish section is amazing cuz they have also a sushi section which is why I came in today and I was able to score Lobster sushi with udon noodles! This very few places in the Bronx that you can get food like this and I'm pescatarian so I love coming here when I can! This is an amazing supermarket

Clean, staff friendly yet professional, sales, quality products, rain checks, delivery, variety, convenience of location.worth the time.

Not our regular place to shop, must of been thier re-stock day, shelves were empty, iles are small, however the cashier's delightful smile and attitude made it a pleasant experience.

This place is to crowded with aisles and aisles of stock. No where for the customer to walk let alone push a shopping. It's like an unorganized maze.

Half the self check out lines are working and only two of the four manned registers are working at the busiest time of the day.

Foodtown has variety when it comes to their products and brands, but the prices aren't always great. I will only go there if I needed a specific product for a recipe or if I just want to buy something really quick. Also the service sucks. They are understaffed, they removed 2 or 3 cashiers and added 4 self check out lanes. The lines are always long. Only convenience is that it's the only supermarket in the neighborhood. But I rather make the walk to finefare on gun Hill.
Oh and one more thing, the deli products are always fresh.

They have coconut milk creamer.very open space, could use better lighting. They're produce is usually nice and fresh. Self checkout takes forever and the lines are always packed

Only 2 cashiers, the place is always packed, the manager (male) is more into modeling around the store than helping customers. It really needs improvement

I love the great customer service of this supermarket. I'm a very hard working woman, I almost don't have time to go food shopping and that's why I place my order online. They carefully wrap the fragile products (e.g eggs, glass containers, etc). Also, if anything I order is not available, one member of the staff calls me to let me know or substitute the product. Even the delivery people are super helpful and friendly.

It's a clean supermarket has an extend varieties in brands and products, staff is corteous, is a bit expensive the prices.but in overall is a good place to do your grocery shopping.

Surprising it's a pretty good supermarket for the community. It does not compare to all the major supermarket. But you can still find what your looking for. Stop by and get your shop on. Oh before I forget, it's street side parking, good luck with that otherwise outta luck, you will have to keep driving around the block to find parking. The D train is available. The self check registers have made checking out long and causes a delay, the machines always go into an error and you have to wait for a rep to come and fix it. There are only three registers that have cashiers. The change has caused much congestion. I try not to go to this market if I can avoid it.

They lock up thier dozen fish at a certain time. Sad part is I’m a vegetarian so I’d have to buy my fish in the morning? This location is by far the worst out of any food town i have been to

Horrible customer service, lines are always too long, management doesn't know how to manage employees or lines when store is busy. Not enough registers open when it is rush hours (All lines should be open during rush hours) when self checking out everyone always need assistants its just really bad. If you go in this supermarket plan to spend at least 1 hour for 3 items.

Certain things are always on sale like canned beans, cafe bustelo and canned milk but frozen veggies never are. I find regularly priced items to be very expensive. It is always clean thankfully but their self service machines suck. I avoid them most of the time now. I have never used them without encountering a problem that required the assistance of a cashier.

It's a good place to buy. Usually have fresh bread, vegetables, fruits and others. I just don't like that compare to other supermarkets like foodbazaar they are more expensive. However, is the closest super market near me. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Just gave 4 star because of the high prices.
