Ordered a bouquet for someone's birthday, the process was very smooth and the flowers were simply gorgeous, even better than in the photos. The prices are surprisingly reasonable as well. But the best part is that the bouquet lasted for 20 (!) days even without changing out the water. Richard's will be my go-to flower shop in NYC from now on!

Ordered flowers (Sweetly scented arrangement) for my wife's 60th birthday. Niedhi was very nice and answered all my questions, while also letting me make some special delivery requests. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mother for her birthday. It was quick, easy, and delivered on time just how they advertised. Decently priced as well. My newborn niece was welcomed Properly! I ordered 2 bouquets and eventhough I selected regular size on one of them, it still looked impressive!
