I don't know about another people experience but my cousins received good service and they were happy so that was the most important thing. They spend more than half hour searching for the right sneaker they want. One of them got a pair of sneakers but another one wants to same design but different size, but the price is too much different and too expensive so one of them doesn't get anything from the store.

Service is good and the store has many collections so the shoes collector will like this place.

I ordered air max from here and vf the second time I wore them the air bubble on both shoes cracked. And reaching out via email got a few responses but no follow up. Would really appreciate if this matter could be resolved

The store is pleasant, the salespeople are also pleasant, the environment is conducive to a good relationship with the customer. However, think carefully if you want to purchase a pair from their site while living abroad. This is false, everyone who orders abroad ends up with exorbitant customs fees. The least we can do is warn the customer of the amount (approximately) that they will have to pay in addition, depending on the country from which they place the order. Delivery already amounts to €40, which is normal for delivery several thousand kilometers away. However, a few days after my order I had the unpleasant surprise of having to pay €90 in customs fees! 90€…! Impossible to cancel the order or even return it.absurd! So I had to pay double the advertised price in customs and delivery fees and all this without any warning from the site. To avoid! In addition, the pair of shoes comes with no certificate of authenticity apart from a small badge which proves nothing of the truth of the pair purchased.

I orderd my air max 270 black size 8 men and they came I looked them over and then tryed on one it fit so but them back in the box on my shelf now I go to wear them and one it like deflated and sinks i am so disappointed because I order from them and i hope I can exchange the for them same ones THAT I Can wear I. I hope flight club care about their customers and yes I did ask for NEW when i orderd
