Very courteous employees that work for this company. Dumpster came later than they said so they gave us an extra day for free. They were very thorough with their policies.
They would have had a 5 but they were a bit pricey and the extra amount you have to pay to get rid of a mattress or a small refrigerator or a tire is 50.each which is a lot on top of the cost of the dumpster. I was trying to clear some of the things that my late husband had in the house. That would have been about another 200. On top of what I did pay. Well, Thank you guys for taking what you did. I appreciate you taking what you could.

Clean dumpster. Quick service. Arrived early, when they said they would, for drop off and pick up. Less expensive than several other places we called. We were able to easily book online.which also provided a coupon, but we were also able to speak with the owner with questions, twice.

Got a 12 yard dumpster for a home clean out. Flex delivered the dumpster as scheduled. The dumpster was clean and nice looking, not dirty and unsightly like some others I've seen. Something I appreciated and I feel my neighbors appreciated as well. Wood was put under the wheels to protect my driveway. Seems like not a big deal but I appreciated the respect shown to my property. I was contacted both before delivery and before pick up. The price is the most reasonable around and the service absolutely unbeatable. I still have more to clean out and will be using Flex Dumpster again. The entire process of renting, delivery, and retrieval went very well. Dumpster was left exactly where I needed it and was just the right size. I will use this company again in the future.

When we rented our dumpster we had to change the dates a few times and Flex Dumpster was very accommodating. They are the only place I know of that put boards down on your driveway to help protect it before putting the dumpster there. The dumpster was in good condition and not all rusted out like a lot of them are. Just a very good company to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I only use Flex Dumpster. This company has an incredible website interface, just book online with the dates you need and it’s done. You get a confirmation and there’s never been a time my dumpster wasn’t delivered when expected. They show up! They also figured out how to fit in a tight spot or two when I needed. Can’t recommend enough. Super courteous and polite. Oh, and you can’t beat their prices!

It was great to work with flex. The dumpster I ordered which was smaller wasnt available because another customer wanted another day and they gave me the bigger dumpster at no cost. They were very responsive when I called and I also like that they put wood down in my driveway to not mess it up. After some searching online I found Flex Dumpster and was pleased to see their pricing was not only easily displayed online, but very competitive. They have online reservations that I took advantage of and had the dumpster the delivered the next day. The service was wonderful. As easy as can be to book. 2 different sizes to choose from. All you do is pick your date and time! They call you when they are delivering and picking up. So simple! Also, they put down pallet boards as to not harm your driveway. Then they transport everything to the dump for you. All good, great to do business with.

I am not a person that likes to talk on the phone. I love that I didn’t have to call to get pricing or book the dumpster, the transaction was easily handled through the website and the pricing was up front. The drop off and pickup were seamless. I am working from home, so I was not able to be outside when it was dropped off or picked up.
