The manager of the 3rd Avenue store in Manhattan runs a top notch business. He and his colleagues are great at listening to their customer’s concerns and offering solutions in a polite and professional manner. I highly recommend them to my colleagues and friends.

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Depending on when you go it can be busy. Just be patient with the staff and you will see they provide such great service and can guide you really well on your shoe selection. I really enjoyed the store experience and how patient staff were with all the style shoes I tried on. I felt very confident that I was picked the best shoe for my foot and workout needs.

Finn was so helpful! Came into the store looking for new running shoes, previously had brooks I didn’t love. Finn helped me with the foot scan then brought out 3 different pairs from 3 brands and we found a perfect fit. Thank you!

I had such a horrible experience here. DO NOT COME HERE unless you have a specific worker which was Amari because he was the only helper I had. I came for a shoes and an insole I got greeted by a young lady with an attitude already she said give her 5 minutes she was helping someone else I said okay. I proceeded to wait and 15 minutes has passed she starts helping others that came in after me and completely ignored me the whole time after and decided talk to her coworkers while I was still waiting she was just joking around. She never even came and helped after, the guy I just mentioned above helped me the whole time and I was very very pleased. Her name was nataly as to what I recall if you really need help the best person I suggest was amari thank you again man very pleased experience with you!

Natalie assisted me in a very professional and informative manner. Was extremely knowledgeable about the wide range of products offered and knew how to utilize the technology offered in store to give me an excellent feel and fit and understanding of my needs for foot comfort and function. I came to this store to buy new running shoes not knowing exactly what I was looking for and found the staff member Mike to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He used the foot scanner and observed my walk to determine what shoes would be best for me and each pair he brought out felt incredible. He was patient and took time to explain everything (different shoes, socks, soles, and even my own feet!) even though the store was about to close. I will definitely be returning when I need new running gear.

The event for Hoka One One was well organized. However the community run didn't feel like a community run as the pacer sped off and didn't even check to see if all the runners were following. Misleading community run not organized well and only one pacer no sweeper.

I bought my hoka shoes 160 dollars plus tax. If you have fascitis plantar or espolón calcáneo You have to wear this kind of shoes. They have asics gel nimbus too. Many great kind of shoes.

Very nice customer service. Definitely a store for runners. This store has a treadmill for runners to try out a running shoe before purchasing. Nice! I was there to purchase a pair if Hoka OneOne shoes for work. They're so comfy!
