Flat Fixed

Thieves … went for a flat fix they half way did the job charge me for a patch and put a plug.drove off 10 mins later the tire flat returned to them to fix their mistake and they refused to fix the tire insisted I purchase a used tire for overpriced amount.left went to another shop around the corner he did the job properly took the tire off found the hole patched the hole and tire worked perfectly… this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed they’re overcharge customers… had a low air tire asked if I can top it up … they wanted to charge me 5 dollars for air when the gas station is only 1

Never come here. They always charge you the double price specially when you come at night. Again, never come here

I only came here a few times because it's 24 hours and I had a slow leak during the night while other stores were closed so I had no choice.otherwise I would never come here. The guy always has attitude and over charge

So stupid people work here only for fillup air one tire 10 dollar they thin i am living different state and charge me extra dont go this shop to much still money

I went inside with another customer there arguing with them
They charged 20$ for a plug which is 10$ everywhere
They didnt tell me the price until they put the plug in
It was 1 min fix the nail was so apparent that they didnt even take out my tire

Never go there unless its extreme emergency

My tire was still loosing air and after the nest day i took somewhere else they told that the plug was cheap and very bad

It looks like they are scammers because they don't even have water to test the wheels.the guys could not find the problem and said that for $30 they would oil the wheel.after 1 hour, my tire was flat again and I was left on the road.never use their services.

Terrible service and they take too long to plug a flat or put air in your tire, and they always have an attitude. They are not friendly at all. They should read the reviews and work on their customer service skills!

They robbed me in a moment of need. They didn't respect my handicap veteran plates. They saw me as a victim to take advantage of. They charge for air They charge you to check your tires and a separate fee to fix your tire. It starts at 20 dollars you do the math. A business like this should not be in our neighborhood. To all my veteran brothers out there skip this place! ️ To everyone else you have been warned ️

Never come here again, they try to charge 20$ dollars for a flat fix which is 10$ all over the city. The owner wasn’t present, the person working wanted extra money in his pocket.

This pl is the worst, I went there to fix a flat. I talked with a guy outside he say talked with the guy inside.the guy inside say talked with the guy outside and they started to argue about work. If you don’t want to work stay HOME

Worst tire shop in the town. Night staff is so rude and disrespectful. They literally curse their customers. Never go to this place.

ROBBERY extremely overpriced. They took advantage of the situation because I had a complete flat and charged me way too much for a used tire never coming back

Called in and got priced for a tire for my BMW and when i got there the guy tried to overcharge me. He wanted $150 for a used run flat tire. I left and found M&F Pro tires on Merrick blvd about 12 minutes away for $85 the usual price. I guess it was because I’m a woman smh but thank God my uncle is a mechanic i pay $200 for a brand new tire. I tried to support my community but that was greedy and careless

I drove my car to there with really low air, the staff ask for $20 dollars for tire flat by using tire plug. Since they knew I can’t move my car anymore.

Went here yesterday and they said 103 bucks for a used tire, after dude looked me up and down I’m like I wanna know where u get that weird number from champ

This tire shop needs better workers, they claimed they fixed my tire that was caused by a nail, that same tire lost all the air in less than 24hrs after I paid $20 to fix it, which is expensive in my opinion. I asked the dude how much is a used tire 245/35/19, dude said $120 for a use tire, told him his crazy. If the tire was close to new, I’d pay that price, but what they got there, ain’t no way!

I caught a flat on my way to work and decided to stop here. Worst service ever first the guy told me it’s a nail in the tire then he said no you need a new tire I paid $120 for a used tire that now 3 days later caught a flat. The black guy that works there is so disrespectful and arrogant DONT GO HERE. Take your chances somewhere else

Hello on 3/19/2022 at around 7: 30pm I stopped by my local tire shop as I have done for the last 11yrs for tire services. I was greeted by a soft spoken gentlemen with a black hood and his partner who was lighter in hue with big curly hair. I needed a service done and the gentlemen quoted me $30. I asked the gentlemen if he had a torque wrench instead of using his impact gun to avoid damaging my vehicles Hub which he informed me they did not. I was in need of emergency services and the impact gun should be safe as long as they don't constantly pull the trigger. The services were done and my car was unable to move due to myself purchasing the wrong part. I immediately walked over to the gentlemen and apologized saying I would have to walk to Autozone and come right back. Autozone is approximately 16 blocks round trip walking. The gentlemen became irate and aggressive and proceeded to tell me i cannot block his driveway and as a courtesy he could put the car back in its original state so i could drive. I did not have anymore cash on hand and this business does not take card. I apologized again and told him the only other option was to call a tow truck which would block his driveway for hours.he then began to tell and be belligerent and mock me calling me names and laughing with his buddies saying I'm stupid and poor. I have been coming here for 11yrs as well as all of my family and i was shocked to get Customer Service like this. I was able to get cash and I paid for the service.the gentlemen kept talking calling me names after being paid and it took about 12mins for the new person who arrived to help me. I apologized again for the car trouble. But it was tough to be mocked for 30mins and then another 10 for repairs to be complete.fast forward the Bolts are my car are stripped as well as my Rotor Hubs which will cost me $1,100 to replace. I expect better service from a local business let alone one my family and I have been going to for the last 20yrs and always had amazing help
I will never return again and I need compensation for the damages.
I will call my lawyer.

(Update because these folks only take cash and don’t give receipts there’s no proof i was there.
& they will have scrubbed the footage once they get the letter from my lawyer…. Avoid them they are not honest and seriously disrespectful) My friends and family will no longer come here

They take care of you fast and they are 24 hours. They are good at what they do. That's the place to go if you need your tires fixed or buy a good tires.

I give this business establishment 5 stars. They are open 24 hours a day, easily accessible from the Van Wyck Expressway. The! Gentlemen are courteous, knowledgeable and get the job done in record time. I never feel cheated or taken advantage of …they are very honest and straightforward. I have used them 2 or 3 times! Prices are reasonable.

The bad people i went there to fix my tire the ask me for 25 $ I went 111 st Atlantic Ave the ask me 5 $ any buddy the can go there or go to 101 Ave and leffert Blvd very good place

Scratched my wheel and did not know how to torque wheels. Got 3 different prices from 2 different workers.

1120 pm on a Friday nite caught a flat Joell was straight professional. Took care of issue and back on the rod bad reviews I can’t believe based on my experience.

Don’t go to this place ever. They are mean and rude. They will over charge u because they know u got not alot of options and they try to take advantage of this. They charge me 50$ for replacing a flat tyre with my stepney tyre only. Then they charge 100$ for a used tyre. They are always disrespectful and rude.
