If you have breaks problem do not go to any firestone shop.
You'll spend a lot of money for a bad work.
Twice I went there with different vehicles just to change break pads they made change everything including rotors since then my cars make annoying noise.

The worst ever service I got from any Firestone service center. Never recommend anyone to go there. The nearby one in Niagara Falls Blvd is way better than this one located in Maple Road.

No one at the front desk for over 15 mins, i just wanted to drop off my vehicle for service and there was NO BODY to meet customers/ take my key. Also an old lady was waiting and she had to sit down it took so long for someone to come to front desk.

Service was okay. Took a bit longer than anticipated. However, the technician who had driven my car out was careless. There was lots of grease left on my cars handle, steering wheel, floor, carpet, middle console. My trim is super light so this left marks. This was displeasing.
Update: wheel alignment is off, and noticed more black marks on my creme color headliner.
Disappointed.

My mom and I were in town, visiting for a wedding (we're from Illinois). We rented a vehicle to drive up here and found out it was leaking oil. We were given the run around by multiple Enterprises in the area while trying to swap out vehicles. Finally, it was recommended that we go to a Pep Boys, Firestone, etc. The Enterprise we rented the vehicle from recommended this Firestone, in particular. Maurice kept in contact with the people at the Enterprise back home while the vehicle was worked on. It turned out the vehicle needed a new drain plug, but they couldn't get one until the next morning (due to the vehicle being a '23). We told them we wouldn't be able to leave the vehicle overnight because it was our only mode of transport. Maurice and his team worked their magic and were able to fix the vehicle in a timely manner. They told us if we had any more problems to come back and they would happily help. Thank you guys SO MUCH! My mom and I can't thank you enough.

Maurice gave me great customer service and worked with me through the whole repair process with great patience and kindness. The mechanic with the long beard was also really good at his job and helpful when i asked questions.

I'm not sure about this place as I found the prices were a little bit high in my opinion compared to other stores. I was looking around for some tires and found a better deal elsewhere on the exact same tire. If you'd like to know what store I'm talking about it's a store that starts with the capital C and you need a membership to shop there. They beat the price by 15% and they also give free rotation on your tires every 6 months

Been going here for decades now for my inspections, oil changes, new tires, and misc. They have been under great management that whole time. As a woman, they treat me respectfully and always tell me the truth about about the state of my car. They never lie to me or try to fool me like some past mechanics at other places used to try to do to me. I really appreciate all the folks who work at this location and hope they keep up the great work!

I had tires put on my wife's Camry, I was very happy with the customer service I received from Jay and Maurice. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They got me in when they said they would and got the job done in a timely manner.

Update 07/05/23. Store Manager was recently promoted and staffing must have dropped. In addition, how do you not have State inspection stickers readily on hand in the beginning of July? Hopefully they get back on track soon. Starting to look elsewhere.

Mark is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in explaining options and Firestone's programs. After dealing with another Firestone in the area and getting quotes from competitors, I recommend the 3931 Maple Rd location. My vehicle was ready on time and at quoted pricing - no negative surprises.

Very happy with my experience today getting My tires replaced. Maurice was very nice and helpful I will be returning when I need work on my car.

I'd stay away from firestone on
Maple Rd. I brought my truck to Fire Stone for a simple wheel alignment and NYS inspection. I made a appointment a week prior to drop it off at 11am Saturday morning. They called me at 2 pm Sunday afternoon to tell me their technician crashed it into the alignment machine. This is why I bought a tire machine and trust no one with my vehicles.

I made an appointment with Anthony yesterday to do a wheel alignment and tire balance he told me they are available 9am 10am 1 pm 2 pm etc. I said put me in for what ever will get me done quickest since I'll be waiting. 2pm shows up and they tell me a min of 1.5 hrs. Whats the point of making appointments. I've been dealing with firestone with years but only because I have lifetime wheel alignments on all my vehicles with them. Its time to call district and get them to refund me my money for them. This place gets worst every year. Especially when they try to charge you $500 for a tune up on items I personally did maybe 2,000 miles prior (oil, air filter and spark plugs) what a joke.

Approx. 15 years ago. My wife almost spent $3000 because of overheating issues. I changed her thermstat for $20. Amazing how they try to take advantage of people that know nothing about cars. Lesson to all, always get second estimates and opinions.

Very horrible experience, don't waste your time here. I brought a car in for alignment and a general maintenance inspection and i was told I couldn't get the alignment done because of bent suspension parts which is whatever. But once we took it on the road the brakes went to the floor and we barely made it back home. The brake line was damaged and we could've been in a horrible accident! Went back and will be speaking with management. The entire lobby of 5 people (including me) were all unhappy with the service there. What a bad shop.

Horrible experience multiple times! I paid $2,600 for the best tires on my truck and within a year the tires were bald, i went back and they charged me for more tires and wheel alignmentwhich is completely off as my steering wheel is completelyto the right. I also own a transportation company and had new tires put on and the lug nutts was so tight the entire wheel snapped off and I have yet to hear from them as my vehicle is still sitting.

In all fairness, I go to Firestone as I have their credit card. I drive fairly often, and typically long distances. But I do recommend this Firestone as they've been good at getting my car done and with great service. Everyone is friendly and does a great job explaining and recommending options to maintenance and service.

October 2022 I brought my 2020 Honda CRV to the store for the State Inspection. A few days ago I received an email from the DMV stating that I needed to renew my registration. As I went online to pay, I could not since the Honda had not been inspected even though my sticker said otherwise (October 2023). I checked my emails from October and found the work order from Firestone proving that the inspection was done. As I called the store I was told that the order was for a 2015 Civic which I never owned. Most probably the wrong car was scanned and sticker put on my car. Mistakes can be made, but the employee could have cared less and was completely unapologetic. He stated that he doubted they had anything to do with the error (the sticker had that shop code on it.) and made me pay again for the inspection. As I complained about having to pay twice for an inspection he told me I should have been grateful that he was able to sneak me in in a short notice for this inspection. Will never put foot in that place again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRESTONE. I took my car in for an oil change, an inspection and asked them to replace a missing windshield wiper. The guy at the desk said he might need to keep the car until the next day to get all of these things done and I was ok with that. However, he called me back in a few hours stating that the job was complete and I could pick the car up.

When I picked it up, I noticed that the windshield wiper was not replaced which I didn't mind because they didn't charge me for a wiper. Then I realized that they allowed my car to pass NYS inspection with a missing windshield wiper. This car should never have passed. It makes me wonder what other safety checks they didn't bother with on my car.

I called the manager and he said I could bring it in and he would look at it, as if he has any credibility at this point.

You're not going to convince me that the oil was ever changed either. These people should be ashamed of themselves, allowing me (and my children) in car that is unsafe after telling me it's safe to NYS standards. I'll never give them another dollar.

Im not sure if it was manufacturing or installation, but errors happen. The major factor that I will continue service here is that it was fixed and done with consideration of my time.

Stuff happens and I don't expect to have them take on the whole situation, I did have to Uber but when I had taken my key they came and got it from me as well as towed my car (a stuck lug nut). They fixed the tire at no charge and handled the situation.

If you're within the time frame, I do recommend using the warranty line and not calling directly.
