OK, so now there's TWO people who answer phones at Firestone that are unable to be professional and/or schedule an appointment, (referring to bo5h today and my last appt here, earlier this year, don't remember exact date) We paid for a lifetime alignment on our car, so it's free to get it checked and corrected any time, for as long as we own the car. Apparently that's the one and only service that Firestone wants to do for us anymore. Their loss.
They completed the job very timely and everyone was so professional and friendly. It is a very busy store the phone was ringing and customers popping in but it was managed very well. I recommend that Firestone.
The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and accommodating and scheduled my flat tire repair for the same day. The turn around was excellent. However, they charged me $100 for an oil change. I suppose next time instead of requesting a "regular" oil change I should specify to use basic and not synthetic oil. Also when I arrived to pay for the repairs, the gentleman behind the counter gruffly took the paperwork away from me as I was attempting to examine the charges and told me that I would get a printed receipt. Not exactly customer oriented.
Came for a lifetime alignment left with a headache tech told me parts where missing off my vehicle that they rusted and fell off said it was a backplate when I asked for a picture of the part the tech refused an continued to state it was a backplate that it needed to be welded of to have it replaced and the dealership sent me on a wild goose chase just to be told there is nothing missing off my car also went to another firestone location who did my alignment last year showed them photos and the head tech there stated it could have been done that whoever said it couldn't clearly just did not want to do the job this was my first and last time at the pittsford Palmyra location I advised you do the same firestone complete auto care more like complete dumpster fire why come to work if you don't want to work
I bought my tires there and have them mounted & balanced. They were not properly balanced so I had to take time to return to have them balanced. They still are not balanced properly, and I need to take it to the dealer now & pay to have them balanced again. Would not recommend this place.
Scheduled NYS appointment for 9am on Monday and the joker told me we can't do it at 9am and to leave the car there. Why schedule an appointment then? He told me I scheduled a drop off appointment, which was not true. They lie to you to get out of a pinch, don't trust them.
I recently brought my company vehicle and Larry was extremely accommodating. His customer service skills are top notch. I would highly recommend these guys. It was very easy to deal with them and they are very honest. Very happy with the experience there!
Very nice people I thought your prices were reasonable because their products are top of the line you get what you pay for in life quality never goes out of style quantity don't get you nothing but a pile of junk you got to keep replacing
We unexpectedly needed 3 new tires after a pothole incident. Paul was so helpful in locating them and getting them delivered to this store by the next day. We could not be happier with the service here.
Booked an appointment to get my car inspected. After checking out and picking up my keys I walked to my car and noticed my tan driver seat was covered in what I assume is black oil stains. As soon as I got home I tried to scrub it out with no luck of removing the stains. My car was in clean condition prior to drop off.
Gave me a quote and stock to the work just the way I needed it to get done. Good conversation, friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable team. Worth the time and money knowing it was done the first time
It's rare to walk into a place of business and be treated to well, I was helped by Patrick King, He was Understanding and down to earth and did his best to help me with my issue! Truly a 5 star experience! This firestone branch has gained a life long customer!
