Firestone Complete Auto Care

Usually a good place for tires but not for small problems
I called for my headlight to be fixed and they said come the next day at 7am
I came to the door at 7: 01 an they just looked at me and ignore me for a few minutes
Then they also unplugged my dash cam and turned it off completely and when I called back they hung up on me
Also had my lights turned from auto to always on which trigger my door alarm

Do not go here they have messed up my car twice. They cant even do an oil change correctly.

Asked for 4 tires, was told they would call me back for an appointment.
It's over a week now.

I called this location after finding a bolt in the tread of my tire, based on other reviews. They were able to answer my questions over the phone and scheduled an appt for me quickly. Despite the parking lot looking very busy on a Friday morning, the work was done in about 90 minutes. They were able to patch the tire and fit in an inspection! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the waiting area was clean.

Zero stars. Negative if I could. The manager Nolan hangs up on customers. & he's "so busy" that he conveniently forgets to give customers receipts or any corresponding paperwork with their vehicles. I had to drive back just to get the NYS inspection report because he couldn't be bothered to do his job & give it to me when I picked up my vehicle. I can't even fathom how unprofessional the MANAGER was. Do not recommend. Take your car somewhere where they'll actually do their jobs.

I'd give zero Stars if I could don't go there if you're a girl they'll try and rip you off I went there to get a nail out of my tire told me that it was impossible to repair that I had to get a new tire they couldn't take the nail out. Just got new tires two months before. Went to big D tire no problem taking it out saved me about $180. They thought I was stupid but really they lost my business and hopefully a lot of other people's

Absolutely Horrible! Service and experience is like someone in there driveway! Manager max is rude. You make an appointment drop off your vehicle the night before and they don't touch it for days no calls or returns. Took my vehicle in to have 4 tires mounted on rims. Had an appointment they did not get to my vehicle for 2 days. On the 3rd day I had to show up as they did not call me. They put the tires on backwards (tires have raised white letters and they pointed that inward) and double charged me for the balancing. They gave me a hard time about the problem. Even that the vehicle was there for 3 days already they said they cannot touch it for another week! Brought it back with another appointment and the vehicle sat for 3days this time! Then no call or anything then snow storm and they closed! They had my vehicle for 9 days total to have 4 tires put on rims. They double charged me for the balancing they gouged and scraped my black rim, cracked 2 of the center caps, the tires wobble and are out of balance yet they will not repair or compensate for any of these problems.

Always ask for your old parts!
2x I've come here for alignment and had a break job offered due to "metal on metal"
Once home to do my own breaks it's apparent that they have over 50% pads left!

Scammers!

Would put zero stars if I could. Caught them lying to me and then gaslighting me about repairs multiple times. The only thing keeping me there was the free alignment since I bought tires there. Now they made even that not worth it.

Excellent service, nice staff. Couldn't be happier with the work they did. I'm extremely picky about who works on my car and they met my expectations.

My driver's side tire had a slow leak. I agreed to dropped it off in the afternoon so they could squeeze it in during the day. I had taken out the road hazard warranty and the tire was almost new with very little miles, therefore the tire should have been repaired for free We owned our own gas station for 65 years and I fixed many a tire. As I was home waiting for Max the manager to call me to pick up the car, I was thinking how easy it would be for them to get out of honoring the warranty by telling people that the tire can't be fixed. Call it my over suspicious mind. The place was closing at 6pm. My wife and I decided to go pick up the car since it was 545pm and we hadn't heard that the car was ready yet. Unbeknownst to Max, we were right outside the front door. Just then Max happened to call me on the phone. He told me that the tire was not repairable and it would cost me 61.00 for a new tire. I then walked in to Firestone and said to Max. Hey Max.how did I know that you were going to tell me that the tire couldn't be repaired. He had nothing to say.the customers sitting there giving me the look.but the funny thing was.the wheel was still on the car.if Max was calling me to tell me that the tire was not repairable and I walked in 10 seconds later, why was the wheel still on the car. I will be following up with the appropriate people on this.very odd and suspicious. How many innocent trusting people were sold new tires using the tire can't be repaired scam.stay tuned folks

Inspection only, they took my inspection sticker off and said I needed front brakes AND ROTORS, AND BACK BRAKES AND ROTORS, FRONT are perfect back are a bit worn per 3 different garages.but NOT ENOUGH TO FAIL INSPECTION.and rotors and back brakes and rotors and wanted to charge me over 25,00.00 this past sat morning at 9: 30 am. Per.max. Now took my car to 3 other places and was told neither front not back are bad enough to fail inspection. Ladies BEWARE: they saw a woman come in and scammed me. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. After calling Max at Firestone and explaining all this to him he hung up on me. I called back he saw my phone number and hung up on me another 2 times. I want an owner or someone higher up to know all of this. Does anyone know what I can do?

Had to have wife's car towed in for a flat. They had everything taken care of within an hour or two of the tow truck dropping it off.

I got a wheel alignment from firestone 2 months ago and my tires almost exploded yesterday. I had my front end serviced elsewhere and immediately got a wheel alignment and my tires were completely shredded on the inside. If the wheel alignment was done properly there would be no possible way for this would've happened. The guy refused to give me the GMs number or help me at all.

Took my car in for inspection and firestone said it needed brakes. They had me wait a few hours and then couldn't do the repair. 2nd trip there they had my car for the weekend then called me when it was ready. I picked up the car and firestone never did the inspection. After charging for new brakes they said they weren't equipped to do the inspection. They just wanted to make easy money on brakes. Poor communication, slow incompetent shop

Tried telling me that X amount of things are "wrong" with my car when everything was recently repaired. Oil change was very expensive, however, friendly service

They obviously don't have much business but when they do have someone walk through the door for a simple inspection they make sure they fail them and say it'll be 2,000 of work when in reality it needs none of those things they just want to scam people. Corporate should be ashamed of this store.

I've been a customer of this Firestone Auto Care location for several years with multiple vehicles & various services done, primarily tires & NYS Insp. This Depew location has always been accommodating with appointments & has always had the vehicle done when they said it would be done.

Long time credit card holder and get majority of work/tires done here. My daughter's car needed an oil change in a hurry before she returned to school so ran through Delta Sonic vs appointment. Nothing but rude service, upsells and then after waiting over an hour tech asked where last oil change was done. Adv ised them Firestone. Said oil filter was overtightened and should take back and not use them anymore!? Then declined servicing the car.
As I sit at Firestone and personally witnessed a tech easily remove/replace the filter, want to thank these folks for honesty and integrity! I will be back!

Dropped off Silverado to get four tires mounted over 3 hours now and they still have two tires done after they said it would take a little bit over an hour

Went in for an inspection. Last month, my neighbor did $3400 worth of repairs on my car so that it would pass inspection, so I knew there was no way I’d fail. They told me I failed because of broken transmission, and that it’d be a $700 fix. I left and got inspected at another shop, and passed with no issue. If you seem vulnerable they will try to make you pay.

These guys do a great job explaining things and servicing my car with the best deals they can and I appreciate their help getting the most value out of their services

This is the second time I’ve gone here for tire installation. The guy who checked me in was really nice and clear about costs. He said it would take about 1 to 1.5 hours to change out two tires for me. It only took about 45 mins! He also put some air in my other tires because they were low without me having to ask! This’ll probably be the only place I go for tires or anything else from now on after getting the run around from so many other shops all week. Highly recommended!

Got my tires changed here and somehow these guys scratched my nice rims up all over the place. If you have nice wheels go elsewhere, they definitely don’t take care of them.
