Firestone Complete Auto Care

Had 4 new tires put on my car. They were bought through the Firestone internet by someone in my family. For some reason there was no warranty on them. Within 2 weeks I had to put air in one of the tires & this seemed to happen every 2 days. Took car back to Firestone & they said there was a piece of metal in the tire & said I needed a new tire that it couldn't be repaired. I have no idea how I would ever get a piece of metal in my tire in such a short time. Anyway new tire & had to pay the labor.

At 1st things were cool, then they quoted me an outrageous cost. My boyfriend picked up my car and they quoted him almost $200 less for everything that "needed" to be done. Told me I also needed new tires, which was an outright lie. Women, beware, they will try to nickle and dime you because they think you're less than intelligent. Disgusting. What a way to run a business. Needless to say, I'll be getting the work done elsewhere and it'll cost me about $400 less than what they quoted me at.

Called for a set of tires for my wife's car. They had 3 different styles and price range, made an appointment for 1pm. Showed up on time and was told I wasn't in system, and I don't have an appointment. The 2 unprofessional service members, then processed to tell me, basically we see that you called our store and we missed the call and it transfered to our corporate headquarters. They aren't here and know that we are 2 hours behind and don't have any tires for you in stock.
I became very angry, and used the S-T word and the service member threatened to call the police if I didn't leave.
I'll never go back again.

Had an appointment, went, and they told us that they "might have enough time, they might not", but that it's gonna be a 2 hour wait before they can even look at my car. What was the point of an appointment? Could they not have just called? Why waste my time? You all suck. This was for an alignment, not like I was there for an engine rebuild or something.

Read the reviews - don’t come here. Had an appointment for a tire change and alignment they said should’ve only taken an hour. I’ve been here for three and a half hours already. Would never have came here had I known it was going to take this long. Damien was professional and helped me out a little but that only goes so far

I needed to get brake pads and rotors on my son's college car. Norwood got me set up with an appointment the next day and everything was resolved by that afternoon. The communication was great. Much appreciated the easy & efficient process. Would definitely send my Niagara University student back to this Firestone in the future.

Set an appointment for inspection. Arrived at my appointment time and the service writer said he had no record of the appointment and outright claimed I didn’t speak to anyone in “his facility”. I showed him my phone with the 7 minute call and he said I must have spoken to the service department but he’s the inspector and will absolutely not inspect my car.
No thanks.

The employees there are like family. Very helpful, will go out of there way to help u. Love this place.

Three and a half hours I had to wait for an oil change and a tire stem plug. I had 3 small children with me. I appreciate they took me in without an appointment but I would’ve rather made one and not spend that much time there. It would have been nice if they were upfront about wait times. I will not return there ever!

Brought my car in with cv axle issues and tie rod ends.it had power steering when I brought it in and when I picked it up it didn't. They told me it needed a new rack and pinion assy but the power steering was working perfectly when I dropped it off. Bringing it somewhere else to have it repaired bc I live out of state and can't return to that location. Going to cost 2,200 to fix it

I needed my brakes fixed before I drove 3.5 hours home and they were able to do this very fast. I was very happy with their service.

Terrible experience. I had an appt at 11: 30, even called ahead, but didn't leave out of there until after 5pm. All I needed was a new tire. Which are overpriced to begin with. They ordered the wrong one, had to wait for them to get the new one. I was supposed to leave for a trip that afternoon, which didn't happen. When I walked in they didn't even notice me at first because they were cursing at each other in the back. I'm only giving it 2 stars because they took some money off the tire for the inconvenience. The guy who went to go get my correct tire was nice and at least acknowledged my wait. The other guy called me up to the counter telling me my car was done (it wasn't) and telling me about headlights, something I wasn't even in there for. While eating a snack, which I wanted to slap out of his hand as he was chewing in my face. Left there frustrated, hungry and a day behind. Glad I took off of work to sit there all day. Don't recommend.

Had an appointment on a sund morning. When I got there the man said he couldn't take it because they only had 1tech thread a bunch of cars to work on. He didn't know why they wet my appointment for then. I need my universal worked on. I left and went somewhere else.

Today I unexpectedly got a flat tire. When I called Firestone, Norwood told me to bring the vehicle in and they will patch it up. Even though it was close to closing time they were still willing and able to assist me. Their service was exceptional and Jack the technician was great. Even educated me on ehatthe issue was. I'm thankful for them helping me during my stressful situation.

Firestone was very nice to allow the Wheatfield JV Soccer team to hold a car wash there as their fundraiser. Thank you.

This place is affordable and I love the manager. They are all very down to earth and are not out to make you pay for something you don't need. I will be returning here.

Appointment for an oil change and inspection took 4 and a half hours after waiting an hour and a half before they even looked at my car. After they cash me out they tell me ten minutes and I'll have my car back, after an hour of waiting they finally bring my car out the next day I find out they scratched up my bumper about the area of my hand absolute worst experience I've ever had and will never go back

I had a flat tire traveling from Niagara back to NW Ohio at 4: 30 on a Sunday and Damion and his team got me in and back on the road that day. Just standout customer service and professionalism!

They don’t deserve 1 star. It was the worst experience possible. I had an appointment at 8am. I didn’t leave until 1: 30pm. They had to wait on tires to arrive. Once the tires arrived, they were in absolutely no hurry to get them on. Guys were just standing around BSing.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. We’ve dumped over 2 grand worth of money into our vehicle and it’s still not fixed. We’ve been in and out over 5 times. They claim they fixed the issue but every time we go back they keep trying to charge us for the same issue plus something new every single time. And if you have the great pleasure of dealing with Dave that works at this location, your best bet is to turn around and walk right out of the door because he is nothing but rude and unprofessional and he will lie straight to your face to take your money. Also if you try to get ahold of corprate with your complaints good luck trying to get ahold of anyone. TERRIBLE SERVICE & TERRIBLE COMPANY!

The worst tire professionals I have had the unfortunate to experience. If you like Firestone products, do yourself a favor and find another shop.

Took my Jeep to Military Rd. Loc.in Niagara Falls app 1 week ago. They charged me over $800.00 for a throttle body unit. Just days later, the problem is still not fixed! They said, I would be served w yet another bill! ! After, not doing the job and work right the first time? Is this honest honorable business? More like Firestone Incomplete Auto Careless. Still awaiting resolution. Beware

Made my appointment for 12 to get a NY inspection completed. Dropped off my vehicle right at 12. The vehicle was pulled in at 1210. The waiting area is small, but clean. Tiny TV that was not on. Water is available with cups and chairs are relatively comfortable. They found the air filter pretty well clogged. New one was OEM 28 bucks. All done after an hr.

I am going to take a long distance trip, so I took my car to Firestone tire center on Military Rd to get my tires looked out due to a vibration when driving, they found a few issues with them so I decided to buy a full set at a great price and a lifetime alignment. I had a great experience here from the time I walked in the door to the time I left the facility. I now have a new maintenance shop to do my car repairs. Thank you Firestone for the great service.

I can’t say enough about these guys. I’m driving into Buffalo from MA and my rear tire is low when I get up in my hotel this morning. So I filled the air in Schenectady and called ahead to Niagara Falls to Firestone on Military Rd. I originally was going to do one tire for about 180-190.00 because of my Jeep having a higher rated speed tire. He put me in 2 tires for an incredible price. A lot less than 2 times the original quote and got me into their garage immediately. Why would you go anywhere else for tires. They are all about tires.

Made an appointment for 2 P205 55r16 tires, was ASSURED that they were in stock, same ones I bought before at this location, went to appointment, and was told they didn't have them on site. They said they would have them "tomorrow. " I had even rescheduled this appointment, and they still didn't have them. I called specifically to make sure they had this size tire. Anyway, I didn't say anything at the time as I needed to find another shop that carried these, and I did, right down the street. So. Firestone loses $190.00 and my future business for the inconvenience. Even giving one star is hard, but I had to just to post. Ridiculous!

Super helpful and super friendly. Provided all information needed and answered all questions I had for them. Everything went great. Nice service.

It was bad experience of installing tires of my Tesla model X From Firestone, the manager told me 2 hours and I gave him 3+. They gave us the time 4pm and when i reached there after shopping from the near by stores the car wasn' ready as it looks like they just started but i ignored it and said how much time it will take. They said 15-20 mints as they wanted to 100% make sure that they have the right tools for the Tesla model X, which i am aware what other kind of tools you need. I requested for a discount due to late service on which they give me 10% on my bill.
However when the job was completed at 5: 30pm, the manager said an advice that you need to rotate the tires after every 5000 km on which I said that there is no rotation you can do as the tire sizes are different front and back. And on checking it was found out that the claim that they wanted to make sure they know what they are doing was completely baseless. I would never recommend this tire shop to anyone.

The fact that they made me feel alil better about my tire being flat at 730 am makes a difference got me in right away an out thanks guys! Chris and Ed thank you!

I think the next time I get a oil change I'm just going to go to Harbor Freight and buy an oil wrench and change my own oil. I'll save a lot of money since I'm only paying for the wrench the oil and the filter. The city of Niagara Falls New York can have my used oil! Have a nice day Niagara Falls New York

The staff at firestone is outstanding! It’s as if they work for the customer by trying to find the right tire, the right fit, and the right price to give you safety, performance and value.

While driving across the country, one of my tires suddenly failed and needed to be replaced. Firestone accommodated my last minute request to service my vehicle (I called at 7 am and they booked me in for 9 am the same day). The work was done very quickly. I am very grateful for their assistance and would highly recommend them.

I was on my way out of town for a cross country trip and they got me in last minute and road ready in no time. Service was fast, efficient, and much more affordable than I expected. I've been bringing my vehicles here any time I am in town and they have always provided top notch service.

I'm Canadian and own 2 vehicles which I have purchased the Firestone Lifetime Alignment Warranty for. When I started going to this location 4 years ago there was a different manager and great workers. They always took my car in on time and got it out quick. Mind you that it wasn't the cleanest of rides either considering that we live in the salt belt.

Fast forward a couple of years later and I get my second car, the was a change in management and people and it clearly shows. They're late to get my car in, they once said my car was too low for the alignment rack although it cleared it before. Last week I went for what will be my last alignment with this location. When I left the location, I realized something didn't feel right with the car. When I crossed over into Canada and hit the highway I came face to a dangerous situation where the rear end kept drifting/jolting side to side on bumps and lane changes. When I got home and did my own check on the suspension, I found that the mechanic who took 1.5 hours to get my alignment wrong forgot to properly tighten my camber alignment bolt which caused my suspension to keep sliding left and right on bumps and turns.

I am willing to drive an extra 30mins for the Tonawanda location which takes beyond great care of me over this place and until the management and mechanics change at Firestone NY they can expect me to not bother seeing me around.

I gave it two stars only because it was once a very good shop.

The staff was amazing walked in with no complications. They even were able to get me in early which was nice being i had to work early. They were proffesional and curteous. Thank you firestone!

I will never go to firestone again. Had appointment for 12 noon 1 o'clock still waiting then 4 guys eating lunch said they would get me pulled in at 120 said give me my keys I'm outta here

I came in for an oil change and I was greeted by a very friendly worker who was very informative and whom was very nice to my daughter. This is not my first time here, nor will it be my last. Very happy with the service.

I went everywhere to get an inspection and Firestone were the only ones who were able to get the job done. Very friendly!

They were not only slow and unhelpful but only seemed interested is selling more and more parts and services. The worst part is that employee who helping me was rude and the manager couldn't be bothered to care because he was chitchatting for an hour straight. Frustrating!

We replaced our windshield wipers and went for our inspection. Our TWO brand NEW wiper blades (that were perfectly fine before pulling into the bay) failed inspection and had clean cuts through them.

The mechanic didn't realize that our blades were less than a half hour old and thought this small act of vandalism would be an easy replacement and charge. So we were forced to pay to have them replaced by them in order to pass inspection.

Always a pleasure being waiting on there, no matter what location they are honest and courteous.

I have been to quite a few other Firestone locations, and since coming to this location a couple of years ago, I don’t bring my vehicles anywhere else when it’s in my control. I drive from Buffalo just to get my oil changed. I know the pricing can tend to be on the higher side with companies like these, but you get what you pay for. The management team is always honest and to the point. And as far as people feeling like there tends to be a laundry list of work recommended when “you only went in for an oil change “, the reality is these guys are just doing their jobs. And the operative word there is RECOMMENDED. They aren’t telling you you have to do it. And you have the free will to go get a 2nd, 3rd, and so on, opinion elsewhere. Anyone who has worked for a corporation knows they have more expectations for up selling than your local “mom and pop” shop. Again they are just doing their job. The team here has always kept it 100 with me.
So, I’m definitely willing to spend the extra $$ when I know, no matter where I’m traveling in the U. S, I can pull into a Firestone or affiliate, and have piece of mind, that the work done at one shop is warranted and honored at another. Having taken many trips on the road for vacations, Firestone has been there to help me on more than one occasion. Not to mention the Lifetime Alignment deal! The special is almost always available, and I have already saved more than twice what I spent on the cost of the Lifetime Alignment purchase.
At the end of the day, I very much appreciate the management and staff at this store! They are amazing!
