The weather was rainy that day and they did not agree to cancel our rental or postpone it. We paid the full price and returned the boat after about an hour completely soaked! (They also charged the entire amount upon reservation, instead of deposit only as promised.) A very disappointing service and behavior

I purchased a boat that was in their care. They added charges and damaged some of my equipment. They were not open to negotiation.

Stayed in the area for a couple of days and wanted to have some fun on the lake. Came across this place, and when I saw the rates for boat rental, I jumped on the chance. We rented a pantoon and had a great time. The staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Now I'm very disappointed with these folks. Went in to buy a couple of sailboat blocks, nothing appropriate in stock but they kindly offered to order me a couple. But they didn't. And they didn't call me to tell me they didn't. All they did for me was absolutely nothing at all. "Would you like us to go ahead and order some for you now? " NOPE!

Service was helpful and quick to answer my questions. I now have a good Suzuki dealer to do any work. Very good people!
