They are garbage. Way over priced.
They charged me a bunch of money for diagnostics and said they fixed the problem. But it wasn't fixed. Then my dash was dumped out. Quarters missing. They denied that any of their employees did anything but it happened while in their hands. They are such a trash company and are thieves.

We are so lucky this place is only 10 minutes from us! Brought my new-to-me recently purchased 2021 Jeep here and the guys in service, Mike and Tom, went above and beyond to get the issue taken care of! I seriously am floored with how kind they were, not only did they fix the problem but they somehow covered it under warranty. This is not the first time they were like this either. Last year when I brought my old Jeep in for an oil change, they discovered that my cap was missing and replaced it for free. They are so unbelievably nice! This is not what you expect dealership service to be, they really care about their customers and go out of their way to repair the issue and make you happy. I can’t rave enough about them enough.

Also, the new location is just gorgeous. So nice and clean and pleasant to be in. Even waiting with my rambunctious toddler was an enjoyable experience!

I just got my new Corsair and I love it! Matt Murphy is the absolute best. He always makes the auto buying/leasing process seamless. Ferrario is the only place I would get a vehicle and Matt is the only person I will deal with. Thank you for another fine experience.

The service department is top notch. Amanda is attentive and makes sure that your needs are always taken care of. She communicates the processes and progress of your vehicle when it is in their care. I am thankful that my vehicle is always in good hands with the technicians, as they are knowledgeable and highly trained. Visiting a service department isn't always the most fun but with the care that I receive, I find comfort knowing that my concerns will be addressed in a honest and caring manner. Thank you!

Purchased a vehicle in 2017, was shown a clean Carfax. Just went to trade it in and was told the car had 2 claims on the Carfax which Wayne the sales manager told me could be justified. I don't care if they were for a minor or major issue THE DEALERSHIP DID THE WORK AND KNEW IT HAD A BAD CARFAX WHEN THEY SOLD ME THE CAR. So now I get to take a hit on my trade because of your shady dealings. Save yourself the trouble and go to Simmons or Williams honda
