They didn’t have any wigs the lady that assisted with wigs acted more like a security guard there’s a 3 wig try on yet she had no wigs in the back that I requested just “as is wig” the short stocky lady with the dreads aggressive

Always fully stocked and what they don’t have on display or on the shelves 95% of the time they have it in the back. Very professional, helpful, and patience staff. I love this particular beauty supply store? !

Bought a wig that was supposed to be human hair on the tag it said you can perm dye and curl When I washed it it totally messed up when I bought it back Ryan refused to exchange or refund. He told me that I was supposed to wash it with a special conditioner for Wigs. I’ve never had to do that even with synthetic wigs. He refused to offer a remedy. He told me that once I step outside the store there was nothing he could do. I will NEVER go there again

Came here at 7: 40PM and they claimed it was closed when it says online they’re open until 8PM! 20 minutes is plenty’s of time to grab what you need and get out, seems to me their employees are dipping out early and costing the owners business
