Fast Lube Indy 3000

It took them three hours to change the rear brakes, even though I was told it would only take about 45 minutes to an hour when I was making the appointment. I watched walk-in customers come in after me and leave before me. They practically served every walk-in before they fixed my car. This wasted my whole morning because I had no ride home. I sat there with no updates from anyone for three hours. I will definitely never go back there.

What an exceptional experience I had! John was professional and courteous and the place is spotless.
I had an oil change that was fast and inexpensive. Great mechanics.quality products and service with a smile. I highly recommend fast lube.

In a timely manor it's a great place to get a fast oil change! I wrote this review months back since I returned to Indy 3000 it's no longer mom and pop owned so the prices have gone up and I find the service not as abrupt as original owners!

They have been taken over by valvoline and everything is overpriced now. Will not be going back

An honest mechanic? Yup. I’ve taken my and my wife’s vehicles here several times and they never try to upsell me any nonsense air filters or engine flushes like Jiffy Lube. Even for inspections they will let you know any minor issues they notice but are never pushy about having you do something “right now”. If they are busy when you get there they will let you know what kind of wait it will be. I highly recommend this place.

As always, fast, fair, and friendly. Staff is very attentive and explains anything they find without racking up a huge estimate. I will continue to go there for services and inspections.

Doors opened promptly at 8am. Taken in first for an NYS inspection and out the door at 8: 26. Any questions?

Horrible, i had to bring my truck back to check a leak after a recent oil change.one of their employees began cursing at me to get the fuck out of the shop, I was standing by the door. When I asked who did they think they were talking to he ran up to me in my face and said YOU BITCH, Then he said for me to go fuck myself, then fuck my mother. The manager stood there and said nothing. I called the manager of the Medford location who apologized but it meant nothing. I told him I wanted to talk to the owner or have the employee explain to me his unprofessional behavior. They can't be bothered. Ive been a customer of theres since 2000, I'll never go again. They need to do psychology evaluations on perspective hires. Stay away!

They were all really nice, friendly, and super professional. It was my first time there. There were quite a number of covid safety measures being practiced and I was very glad to see that, it can be a real headache when a business owner doesn't care about public health and safety.
The guy who worked on my car was very quick, they take walk in oil changes and the guy told me I also needed fresh transmission oil and it only took an extra five minutes on top. It took less than 30 min total. The patrons were also polite and the people who didn't have masks were respectful enough to stay outside which I appreciated.
The bill was reasonably priced, comparable to leading chains so I would go here for their customer service and the fact it's a small business.

I had my oil Changed on my 2019 Traverse and they shorted me one half quart on the dipstick. I had to go back and get it topped off. The tech did not allow for the oil filter and that's why I was low on oil. Thats basic knowledge when your a tech. If you short each car half a quart thats alot of cash. It might have been an accident but with such basic work I will not be coming back there.

When I can't get to the dealer to change my oil this place is a good substitute. The employees are helpful although they tend to upsell but hey it's a business. I have taken my car/s here a few times and no complaints.
