Family Dollar

This is my new favorite store! The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Occasionally there are lines at the check-out, but that's to be expected during peak hours.

I shop there often the prices are good and so is the selection of merchandise it's great for quick pick ups and when you don't want to go to a big department store it's very handy. It's very big but it has a lot of merchandise in the space it has

Very good place for quick purchases, good service, super fast checkouts, no matter the line because the cashiers are wonderful at what they do.

I like family dollars a lot but the store at Jerome Av Ta the Bronx is a mess what happen with the employees nobody is worried about

The store was very orderly but a had quite a few empty shelves. Then today I read that Family Dollar has recalled over 500 products because they were stored improperly. With that being said thank you Family Dollar for looking out for your consumers and their safety. I greatly appreciate your actions.

The store is organized, clean and well stocked, but you have the occasional person smoking inside the store and the manager acts as if this is not a big deal and ignores it. There is always some junkie outside the store opening the door for customers and harassing them for money. I try to avoid this place unless I really need something from there

I went to family dollar today with my coupon for sparkle paper towel. I had a $2.00 off coupon to buy two packs, which I did and my coupon didn’t scannable. When I asked why it didn’t scan, the teller was dazed and confused. I still got it because the line was long, but I will be more vigilante and demand a refund if it occur again Why even clip family dollar coupons if it’s not going to benefit my trip there.

Family dollar was ok. They were pretty much out of a lot of things but I like family dollar and shop there quite often. What I was puzzled about was that before you enter the store there's a sign, that's says no mask no entry but yet the manager and some staff members were not wearing masks. They don't practice what they preach. Not good.

Too much employees in this Family Dollar (including managers, cashiers, manager helpers, etc) in the checking out area, in the entrance, and in the cash registers but they all are useless, because instead working they are just like in the corner hanging out with friends and just obstructing the entrance.
The cashiers are too slow, and not all cash registers works in a efficient manner, because just some of them are open in the busy hours, even if there is a big line of people waiting to be attended. Also, the cashiers most of the time are very serious to customers like showing that they do not want to work or like if they feel bothered when attending customers, like if they were forced to do it.
They do not greet customers, they do not provide customers the attention or help they deserve. They just ignore customers instead giving a prompt solution to any matter. They are always talking to each other (*puro chisme) and looks that customers are valueless for them.
Other employees "not in turn" also come to hang out in there, and just to get in the customers way.
Also, too many products out of stock.

Best dollar tree I've ever been in store always stock and hardly crowded, love that dollar tree hands down plus the bus stops right next to the store and the 4 train also.

This place is unbelievably disgusting, you wouldn't believe it even if you saw it personally, it has garbage everywhere you look no one is even paying attention to serving you at the counter because everything actually looks like it's free because it really looks like garbage. I really can't explain it, its amazing you would really have to see it for yourself to believe me.

A VERY GOOD SELECTION OF FOOD AND OTHER ITEMS WHICH ARE REASONABLY PRICED. THE ONLY THING IS SOMETIMES THERE IS A LONG LINE TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS

I don't particularly like this location. It's always crowded, excessively long lines and there it no way to scan your items. The reception is never good. No internet available. You can't shop and use your app or access clipped coupons.

Always find great deals at low prices. I love their clothing line just be. The clothes are of good quality at affordable prices.

Merchandise not organized, employees talk loud in the backroom, employees cursing in the backroom

They have a lot of things I need and want, the only thing is the lines are crazy long they need more workers!

I just recently knew about this Family Dollar store and it's the spot. They have all household items. Besides they have a big variety of food, clothes, electronics, perfumes, beauty products, cleaning products and pets food. It's clean and pretty organize. Right know the have a good selection of candies, chocolates, candles and Christmas decorations.
