Extra Space Storage

There were a few issues but the one that really stuck out the most was Nicole’s attitude. I visited the location to collect my locks as the units were all empty. I proceeded to the front where Nicole informed me I had to go with her because she needed to lock the office/ front. I didn’t want to walk back to the units so I waited outside the building. Upon completion of her inspection, she didn’t attempt to look for me. I only realized she returned to the front when another customer entered the main entrance as she unlocked the door for him. I then made my way back inside and requested that she complete the move out process since I was waiting on her. She responded ok sarcastically, as if I was in the wrong. Nicole this is the second time I have interacted with you and I have to say it has not been pleasant. I’ve been with extra space for more than a year and never encountered such lack of professional and disrespect. It sad how 1 bad apple can spoiled the bunch.

They stole a bunch of boxes from my room. This was months ago. I didn't even notice till now. They also FORCE YOU to rate them right away.

I had an amazing experience with extra care customer service from Nicole and Stacy. They made my experience such a pleasant one. I would recommend anyone to stop by here. Thank you again extra storage space.

Customer service was excellent! Very informative and detailed. I was able to get everything I needed in a timely matter.

The staff here is really nice! They always greet you with a smile and help with any concerns you have. Recently we went to pick up something and it was 1 min before closing time. Antwan was there and he let us grab our item quickly instead of turning us away! Thanks Antwan, keep up the great customer service!

12/2022 Update: Since having the storage, my bill has went up 3x. When walking to my unit they always have a terrible smell and it feels damp. This place needs to do better. Soon I'll be removing my items and going to another location.

David was very helpful. He helped me get a unit close to my fathers and it's so very much appreciated.

The place is nice and some of the spaces that they have are reasonable but I do wish that they can fix the pipe that's inside the building cuz when it rains some of the pipe goes into the wall and into some of the storages and I wish the prices would raise up every other year instead of every year.but the customer service is excellent I will still rent out a storage there
