I went on car gurus in search of a vehicle. After looking at several, one in particular caught my eye and it happened to be at Exit 5 auto. Long story short, the salesman, Nick Rhoades helped me through the entire process, explaining everything from A-Z, so I had a complete understanding of the car purchase process. I'm very happy with my purchase and I recommend Nick Rhoades and Exit 5 auto to anyone in the market for a good used vehicle!

I purchased a 18 Ram from them in March, when the deal was being made the salesman agreed to fix some paint issues/rust bubbles on rocker panels. It was stated that it would be 100% before the truck was sold. The dealer had "bumper bros" paint the rockers and they were good when the truck was picked up. With in just a few months the paint was flaking off and rockers are rusted 10x worse. After I reached out to dealer they stated the salesman doesn't work there anymore, and they don't warranty rust. They said they contacted bumper bros but they won't do anything about it even though it was only a few months later. Spent $25k on a truck that has rusted out rockers. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will continue to not recommend them to anyone who asks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY DEALER

This was the best experience I have ever had with any dealership in all my 62 years. This place is the best. All the guys were very knowledgeable and out going. Joey my auto salesman was the best.
