Super super cute. Very clean, friendly, and smells like pop corn when you walk inside. They sell ice cream and unheard of soda. It’s very cute. Organized well and prices are fair. Fresh cinnamon rolls too

I attended an event that took place at 3 west club, the food was amazing, the staff were nice and helpful, loves the details of the boutique hotel!

I am from Hamburg and return to live here after 36 years of living in a number of states. Buffalo is awesome and this river, black rock canal cruise was amazing. Clean, narrated, and a bar.wow. I'd do it again.

Average. Best review I can give this resois average. Not exciting, nothing special but definitely not bad. My husband’s pasta was cold which was easily rectified, burnt meatballs a little harder to fix.

My friend got married here, it was beautiful. The view was stunning and the staff were great!

Great event Venue! Best place for Ballroom dancing! Wonderful people and if you need to organize events or parties, there's no place to go with a much bigger space with easy people to deal with in Queens bit Dhaven.
