EWC rocks & Bedford is top notch! I’ve gone to a couple diff locations over the years but not since Bedford, that’s THE spot - they’re definitely A+! The front staff are always smiling & helpful & absolutely love my waxer Stephany, she’s the BEST!

The online appointment was instantly acknowledged and was recognized by reception when I entered the store.

Receptionist is kind and efficient.

Esthetician, Rose, is professional and knowledgeable. She quickly performed the Brazilian and butt strip. The work is top quality, and she made the removal as comfortable as possible. Low pain index for her work.

I've been coming to EWC in Bedford for a few months now. The first time I went I was extremely anxious but Ashley put me at ease. Now I look forward to my monthly appointments with her. This past week I couldn't get in for my wax service with Ashley and was accommodated by the wonderful reception staff and met with Stephanie. Again I was a little nervous but Stephanie was amazing as well. I have not had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is friendly and patient.

I had a Brazilian wax by Ashley not only did she do an amazing job, but was very personable. This was my first time there and I will definitely be back. Also, Mary at the front desk was very sweet.

Carly was amazing she made me feel sooooooo comfortable I've never had a Brazilian done before she talked me through the process I told Carly about how sensitive my skin is and she recommended the best products I'm so going back and I don't think I will ever use a razor again I love them thank u so much for everything this is to the whole staff they were so kind and helpful and I'm so thankful they helped me out before my honeymoon

Kayla was amazing. It was my first time and she walked me through the process and the pain. Her voice was so relaxing and she made me feel very comfortable. I will be back so if you’re ever in Bedford please check her out and tell her I sent you. You will definitely get a 5 star experience.

Kayla gave me an excellent waxing experience! She was gentle, thorough and kept up a light conversation, just enough to keep me distracted and enjoy the experience as CB much as possible.

Been a loyal EWC customer for over 6 years and I always leave happy. I’ve been to locations all over NY (from manhattan to Clifton Park in upstate NY) and have recently settled on the Bedford Hills location bc it is closest to home. I saw Latitia and she was awesome! I have very sensitive skin and was nervous about my appointment, but Latitia took great care of me and it was over before I knew it. Definitely recommend her, especially for intimate areas.

I've been going to EWC for a while for by Brazilian waxes. I've gone to Marin and Madison (both gone now and onto better things!) and just recently this past Wednesday I went to Stephany! I warned her that when it comes to pain, I am a cry-baby even though I've done Brazilians a million times it had been a while, so we needed to do some breathing exercises! She said "no problem girl I got you! " Throughout the process she made me feel very comfortable, we discussed Summer plans and laughed at funny stories. She's very personable, but also does a phenomenal job! (Points for her cool hair!) I am already booked for my next session, thank you again Stephany!

Amazing service. They keep their facilities clean and the front desk is friendly and helpful. The staff is knowledgeable and answer any question I have. I have been coming here for over a year and rarely have a bad experience. If I don’t like the job they did, I just try a different wax specialist until I find the right fit. They are always on time and make you feel comfortable during the whole process. Booking an appointment online is super easy and I can always call to get availability for a specific wax specialist as well. Will definitely return!

I was scheduled to have a service. When I came for appointment technician was not a wearing mask properly and when asked disclosed she was not vaccinated. Walked out.

After leaving my girl of 10 years because I moved. Rosalee was AMAZING! She really knows her stuff. Made me feel super comfortable and took good care of me. She is now my NEW GIRL! Rosalee is def 5 star!

Great service but I wish there was better lighting for the wax technicians. Should use more precise lighting instead of just overhead lights. Would rated 5 star if lighting was better

Let sart by saying that I love and never had a problem before. But last 2 weeks my appointment had to get rescheduled a few times, first because my specialist was not going to be available or on a leave. Then I show up to my rescheduled appointment and after waiting for 40min had to leave. And now because my "monthly" friend decides to come. Now I have wait another week. I am not a happy camper right now. I've been going there for over a year and this is the first time this happens. Hope it doesn't happen again

The girls here are amazing, very professional, and they follow guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing.

This place is rude and made me feel terrible. They said they had a 9 minute late policy, I got there 9 minutes late. The receptionist acknowledged I was 9 minutes late, and said she would go to see if the waxer could still take me even though I was 9 minutes late although she already said it would be fine on the phone. She said she couldn’t take me. I asked to see the manager. The receptionist then proceeded to change her mind and tell the manager I was 10 minutes late. I’ll bring my money somewhere else from now on. The manager was rude as well and said if it was 9 minutes it would have been fine which it was, and I told her that her employee was lying to her face. All over a minute.

Went here for a wax and the specialist was super fast, Attentive, and friendly.most importantly (at least for me), she followed strict cleanliness guidelines (mask, face shield, changed gloves). The reception was nice too, but a little slow (ran 10 minutes behind). All and all, a great experience- will be back!

Oleysia Is very good! I recommend her. I have to update my review because with all this covid situation I was left amazed at how they have adapted and keep everything so clean. They even had different cups for dirty and clean pens. Like my first time my waxer was great.

I went for the first time today and it honestly changed my life! I am never going back to shaving! Please request Melanie, she is personable and professional. 10/10 recommend.

I didn't have an enjoyable experience. The person who did my wax kept checking her watch every minute and ended up doing a botched job. It seemed like she was in a rush to get to the next client. She told me that I'll have a little clumping because the hair was sticky due to the wax residue. It turned out that she didn't properly get the hair off.most likely cause she was rushing the whole thing. My skin also broke out which never happened to me at other places. They push you to buy their products also. The entire time was overwhelming and uncomfortable. I will not be going back.

They are fast and efficient, could've checked better that no hairs were left behind but overall great work!

Their prices are a bit expensive but gosh do i love their wax. Its paperless and so easy to remove, they put oils on ur skin and make sure that it doesnt hurt as much. They are super nice and highly trained.

Very well kept and managed location. All associates are professional and spirited young women! Waxing is easier and I have less to worry about. Using the products gives me the results I want so that follow up sessions are fast and more comfortable.

I will not be going back here.

I had a pretty bad experience. Additionally, they charged me for services I didn’t have. When I pointed this out (before leaving) they told me they couldn’t do a refund because the manager wasn’t present.

I called many times, but the manager never called back. They said I have “credits” that they can offer when I go back. But I don’t want the credits, because I’m not going back.

Don’t go here.

I've had many different people work on my eyebrows and Lydia is by far one of the most talented - I highly recommend her!

I have been going to European wax center for close to two years and get waxed once a month. I have been to a plethora of locations and have had many different waxers. I am usually extremely happy with the experience (European Wax Center as a business gets 5 stars), but today was a complete waste of money. As always, the front staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but my waxer did not take care and time during the waxing session. She was uncomfortably silent throughout the whole time. Did not even let the wax dry enough before she began ripping two times or three times prolonging each pull. As I was inspecting myself later the night convinced that she was unable to get all the hair off, not only did she not get all the hair off, I found bits of wax left on my skin that were extremely painful to remove.

There are a lot of great waxers at European wax center so I want to reiterate that this was definitely an anomaly but I felt as though I wasted money today.
