I had been going to other waxing places for my Brazilian for years. I was complaint to a friend how much agony I was in and she suggested EWC. Y’all, it changed my life! I honestly don’t even think about the pain anymore. I don’t have to psych myself out ahead of time. There’s no pain! Everyone I’ve been with is so lovely, caring, attentive. I can just relax when I’m there. I started waxing my underarms for the first time while there because it’s just so easy peasy. The aesthetics of the location are cute, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. So glad I found them!
Update: Yesterday I saw Marissa for my Brazilian and she was amazing. I honestly almost fell asleep because it was virtually pain free somehow!

My waxing specialist Kimberly is gentle and takes your focus off of what is being done. She engage in conversation to put your mind at ease

Easy to schedule and they take their time and want to do great work. I've enjoyed being seen by Monett. She makes you feel comfortable and does a really good job!

European wax center has a 9 minute grace period. I came 8 minutes late from work and was not allowed to go in. They said it wouldn’t be enough time so maybe they should re evaluate their grace period that they advertise. I travel for work and have never had an issue at any other location. Terrible service.

Gleris is quick & thorough; the use of hard wax makes all their services less painful & lasts longer.

Wow! I finally have time to review this location.
I have used European Wax Center in various locations around the country. This location was something different. I was welcomed by a friendly front desk when I walked in and I was very appreciative.

The wax specialist was absolutely awful! I wish I had asked her name but couldn’t believe how badly she treated me during my service. I received my wax June 16th around noon and I believe she was a Hispanic woman. It had been awhile since I got a wax due to Covid 19. She quite literally scolded me and proceeded to wax and say, “Do you see how much hair”? I was appalled and didn’t know how to reply. What did she expect to wax? Skin? I had never been treated so negatively at any other European Wax. 2 weeks later, this is the worst wax I have ever gotten.
I still tipped her appropriately knowing she must be going through something serious in her personal life to have treated me horribly. Good luck, girl! Wow —is all I can say!

*First Time Waxer*
I did my first EVER Brazilian wax & let me tell you, my soul left my body from the pain! (I have a low tolerance for pain) Yet, my girl Gleyris did an AMAZING job. She knew it was my first time and talked to me throughout the process. She was very accommodating and allowed me to have mini breathing breaks. She was so professional and let me know what places would hurt more than others & tried her best to minimize the pain.
The lady at the front desk was also really chill and super nice. I didn’t get a chance to ask her name.
But a huge THANK YOU to the both of you!

Do not waste your time. These people dont value their customers, I made an appointment last week on the phone after being 40 mins on hold and when I showed up on time today they tell me their system is down and they dont have me in their system and I need to reschedule. I took an hour off from work for this horrible customer service and will never never come back

The atmosphere here was nicer and less stressful than I expected, which was great - this was my first time ever getting waxed and it cut down on the anxiety quite a bit.

The person who did my wax was fairly terse and not particularly friendly, but I didn't think much of it - she's got a job to do and a timeline to do it in. I did my research ahead of time and tried to ask as few questions as possible, but when I did, I didn't get clear answers and definitely felt lost, even after I made sure she know it was my first time getting waxed professionally. She told me to expect a few ingrown hairs since it was my first time, which fair enough. Aftercare and instructions were extremely minimal and the moisturizer they used didn't even cover half the skin that was waxed, and within an hour or so it looked like I had chickenpox, but I followed all the instructions she gave and chalked it up to my skin needing TLC after the first time.

What I didn't expect was a massive case of folliculitis (infected hair follicles, not ingrowns) literally all over my legs. I ended up in urgent care because it hurt so badly I could barely put trousers on or have anything else touching my skin. It's been two weeks, including a week of heavy antibiotics, and my skin is still lumpy and inflamed to the point where it can be clearly felt and seen (I would post pictures, but frankly, that's gross and y'all don't deserve it). Some of the follicles are inflamed to almost dime-sized and are definitely going to scar.

I know I'm on the sensitive side, but I've done hard wax on myself at home before a few times and never had an issue - in fact, it always turns out pretty well, but it's incredibly time-consuming and tedious and I can't reach all the bits myself anyway, which was the whole point of paying someone else to do it. Unfortunately, it did not work out, and I can't say that I recommend the experience.
