Sometimes European Wax Center is hit or miss, but the UWS is better than most. Farzana was great. Highly recommend. She isn't looking to hurt you, she's looking to help you and keep you calm.

Walked in for a wax w/ Nadine and she was exceptional! Very welcoming, kind, and efficient. The room was decently clean and the atmosphere was accommodating. It’s expensive but she was so great that i’m considering coming back

Ambar made my first time wax experience amazing, I felt safe and not embarrassed at all since it is a very vulnerable experience. She talked me through everything she was doing. It was as pain less as possible and quick, she has this way of making you feel comfortable by talking to you the entire time you’re there, by the time you’re done you don’t even realize.

My waxer was Janeth, and I was very please with my results. This was my first time at this location and I just walked in and schedule something right away. Janeth was sweet and easy going, which made it more comfortable. Services I got were a full bikini wax and my underarms. I totally depend on reviews but this time I just took a chance and walked right in and let the front desk receptionist recommend a waxer. I'm glad I did and I will go again to see Janeth.

Everything has changed the waxer and GSA are well Noisy they laugh very loud eat at the desk din import that the customers are present the talker quite loud and the way to close the doors very strong, they sit at the front to talk about they personal business, and talk about other waxer in front to guess, not respect

Yessenia is THE absolute best waxer I’ve had. I have been to several waxing spots in several states and Yessenia is seriously the best. Almost no pain (which is saying a lot because I usually get super nervous and I’m super sensitive). Yessenia was profesional, super gentle and soooo sooo kind calming my nerves. Highly recommend!
