I recently noticed 3 unauthorized charges in the amount of $99 each on my credit card from EWC. I spoke to a manager at this location who confirmed that an dishonest employee had renewed wax passes on several accounts. I was told I would be refunded the entire amount, but was only partially refunded. I’ve emailed and called at least 5 times to get an explanation, to no avail. I will be taking my business elsewhere because not one manager has the time to return my calls and explain.

Went for a Brazilian full and upper thigh today after a LONG time! Shelby was amazing! Super quick and efficient. It was not that painful like I thought it would be after a long time thanks to her! Go to Shelby- you won’t regret it!
