My first time at European Wax was Great! Sophie was very professional and sweet. She took time to make sure the shape of my eyebrows was perfect. The space is bright and clean! Will definitely go back and book with Sophie.

I had a wonderful experience at European Wax on Transit Rd. The associate who took care of me was Amber. She was friendly, funny and made sure I was happy with my services prior to leaving the room. She also made some recommendations to me. I will be using her again!

I have been going to European wax for many years and hands down Alexis is the best waxer I have been to! She is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. She is very fast and efficient as well. Just the best!

My waxer was awesome! After my wax was over I seen a few hairs that were slightly missed and when I requested her to go back over it, she didn’t hesitate and was swift about it. Made me feel comfortable and confident that I’ve gotten my moneys worth. Not to mention I’ve been waxing consistently for 4 years now and this was the best wax I’ve had! I don’t remember the waxers name but I would definitely be going back and asking for her.

If I would have to suggest a person to be waxed by is most definitely Deanna! She is amazing and patient with you as her client! Most definitely will recommend Deanna to anyone I know!

Kariena was by far the best was specialist I’ve ever been to. She’s extremely professional but makes you feel super at home and comfortable, and is clearly skilled. She did full legs, arm pits, and bikini wax in an hour. I wasn’t in any pain at all and will definitely come back for her specifically!

Leslie was a great waxer and talking me through the process the entire time. Made the process as easy and relaxing as possible

I have been going here every 4 weeks since 2019. Every waxer here is amazing and I’ve never had a bad experience. I have seen tremendous results since waxing and I recommend getting a Brazilian here to everyone. I have a strong sense of pride when I leave my appointments.
If you’re worried about pain, don’t be. It’s your anxiety that makes you think it hurts. Just relax! Easier said than done, but once you come to this realization, the appointments are a breeze!

I’ve been going to Michelle for a few months now. After having a few other wax specialists, Michelle was by far the best and I will continue to see her! She is thorough, personable, kind, and always professional. I highly recommend Michelle!

Receptionist was very welcoming and offered great conversation and comfortability during my brief wait. My waxer Michelle (Amazing) was prompt yet gentle. I highly recommend this location.

Michelle was an amazing waxer, she made me feel comfortable about the experience! The girl at the front desk was very condescending and quite rude.

Went to EWC in Buffalo and was seen by rebecca. She was amazing! When she came to get me from the front i was greeted with great energy. She spoke with me throughout the entire session, and made me feel very comfortable. Wax was super fast in and out in 15 min. Super easy and i left CLEAN.

I normally do not write reviews but I thought I'd take the time out to acknowledge Michelle. She was awesome, understanding, and thorough. This was my first time here and I was skeptical being every time I switch EWCs my first waxer is not the best. However she was great and she will continue to be my waxer. Thank you!

I had a really pleasant experience with my waxer but I’m being charged for a recurring membership that I didn’t receive any communication on, didn’t receive any paperwork for, and I never signed anything either so I don’t know how that’s possible. I’m disputing it with my card company. The young lady at the desk and I spoke about memberships and asked me if I wanted to leave anything on file and I agreed. I could understand being charged if I received paperwork or something but I don’t even know what membership I’m being charged for. Very disappointed in the lack of communication with company.

I’ve been going to European Wax Centers exclusively for my wax services over the past few years. I love the professionalism and overall service in this particular location.

I had Michelle do a Brazilian on me. She is very professional and does a great job every time. Highly recommend. Never misses any spots and never makes it uncomfortable.

I get waxed about every couple of weeks. I fully recommend this place as I have never had a bad time. Always fast and professional!

Poor communication. Been going here for three years and have had rescheduled appointments time and time again. Was promised an appointment for a specific time and apparently I’m at fault for their mistake of telling me the wrong time. I do not plan on returning. On top of this, I have been burned by wax, wax has ripped multiple times making the experience worse, and I even received a burn down there during a Brazilian wax. Save your money lol

Relatively nice people who work here! The space is very clean and professional. Every waxer is different though. Be very clear and communicative with what you want, especially with something important like your eyebrows. Everyone will do them to a different thickness unless you are very specific.

What a great experience! I will never go to a nail salon for waxing again. The staff at European wax center are trained specifically for waxing. So much less painful than any other waxing I've received. The prices is spot on also. Love this place.

Drove over an hour for them to not only rush my washing, but not so it right. Disappointed. Not the first at this location.

Emily was great. Since she talked to me the entire time, I didn't get too nervous. Patient and fast. Here they use Cirepil Blu Hard Wax. No burnt and much less painful than the one I used to get back in my home country (caramel + strip). Definitely will come back again.

Today was my first Brazilian wax and I liked the experience I don’t think I caught my waxer’s name but she was very friendly. Keeping conversation definitely kept my mind distracted but overall I enjoyed my experience. Also the atmosphere was great clean and very nice.

At first I had Ariel and she was amazing. I had went to Ari after I had someone at the Main St.location burn me (causing my akin to peel) and did not tell me. She was gentle and patient. Once Ari left I was hesitant about going back until I found Alyssa. Let's just say job well done! She talked to me the entire time. I did not scream as much as I thought I would lol. It was fast and clean! Cant wait to see her in 4 weeks!

Fantastic experience with Megan. I had left the main st Williamsville location months ago due to some bad waxes (bikini) but today's at Transit location was smooth and the most pain free wax to date. Also Megan told me about the student package that I wasn't aware of. Already booked my next visit.

I went to the wax center on Main Street and the turn over there was crazy and inexperienced waxers. After a horrible experience I almost gave up but decided to give this location a try and was not disappointed at all. Alyssa is amazing! I will sing her praises all day every day with how professional and comfortable she makes you feel. Her long time experience definitely shows. The front staff is always kind and helpful as well. You can tell they take care of their employees there and make them want to stay.
