Ethos Auto Body repaired my wife's car and did an excellent job. The car looks like it did the day we took it from the dealer and the job was done on time which is especially appreciated. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently used ethos auto body to fix damage on the front bumper of my truck. They are an excellent shop! Very friendly service and very professional. They detailed everything out for me on what had to be done and kept me updated on my truck during the process. They handled everything with insurance and made the whole process easy. When my truck was all done I couldn’t believe on what an amazing job they did. Would highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone.

Ethos took care of the damage on my car promptly and professionally. Steven helped navigate the insurance process and was great about providing updates and timelines along the way, everyone else in the office was friendly and available. Also got a complementary lift back and forth to the car rental place. Overall, was treated like a regular on my first visit. Good stuff

Do not bring your car to Ethos. My experience with this repair shop was a nightmare. After a car accident in July '22, I brought my grandmother's car to Ethos for repairs because they claimed they could restore it to 'pre-accident conditions or better. ' Unfortunately, it's worse now.

Initially, things seemed fine. Sebastian, who's no longer with them, assured me that everything would be taken care of. Contracts and estimates were quickly sent, and I thought I had nothing to worry about.

However, in August, issues started to surface. The estimate was incomplete, missing important parts like the exhaust, which was visibly damaged. By November, I found myself constantly discussing parts, timelines, and placing blame on the then-manager, Darren, who is also no longer there.

In December, they notified me that the car was almost done, with only the parking sensors missing. I picked up the car, but immediately noticed problems. Alignment issues were visible in the documents left in the car. The car was making a loud clunking noise, and I felt unsafe driving it.

I took it to another mechanic who found significant issues, including a snapped tie-rod and problems with the control arms, which they claimed were too costly to repair. I ended up with a $2,000 bill for these repairs. I still have ongoing drivetrain issues.

I repeatedly tried to contact Ethos about these problems, but my calls and messages went unanswered. I later discovered that they had fitted the wrong bumper, making the parking sensors irrelevant. The paintwork was subpar, with imperfections and a color mismatch compared to the rest of the car. The car had developed new rattles and loose trim pieces.

I spoke to the owner, Matthew Beobide, who not only called me a liar but also spoke condescendingly about his 20 years in the industry. He denied the issues with the bumper and claimed they had conducted an alignment. The car had significant drivetrain problems that they refused to acknowledge.

We agreed to fix the issues in April, but I have not heard from them since. Their excuse of a parts shortage was debunked when I discovered the car's certification allowed for part purchase. I had to find parts on my own, which they were not authorized to purchase.

UPDATE: After reading my review, Matthew decided to contact me through two different phone numbers, one of which didn’t seem to belong to him. Weird. I opted to text rather than talk over the phone due to how that went last time. Rather than admit fault, I’m now told it is “out of his hands” and that my statements on the lack of suspension work are defamatory - despite the lengthy record of receipts and invoices I have. I’ve requested invoices - and have again been ghosted. No apologies or admitting any wrongdoing - just more fighting and telling me I’m wrong. Avoid at all costs.

I went to Ethos Body shop to get my car serviced from an accident. With the help of Sebastian and his co workers they exceeded all my expectations. Not only did they have great costumer service, they were attentive, they made sure to handle my car with care and reassured me along the way with any concerns I had. They made sure to keep an open communication through each step. I most definitely will be using Ethos Body shop moving forward and I highly recommend them for anyone needing repair services!

As an authorized Mercedes auto body it was important I went to a quality shop. I had an excellent experience with Sebastian, Liz and the owner Matthew. Car looks better than before. Will definitely return.

Ethos is a first class body shop & more! My car was a mess & they worked their magic to make it look (and smell) brand new. Matt & his staff took care of it with an amazing level of professionalism & care. They previously serviced my car after an accident & handled everything from managing the claim with the insurance company to getting me a rental car. The technicians are highly skilled & their customer service handling is top notch. Ethos is the only place I would trust to take care of my car. If you want a car that feels brand new (even with plenty of miles on it) then Ethos is your place!

One of the most professional services I've dealt with in a long time. Matt and Sebastian walked me through the whole process from insurance to renting a car. I chose Ethos Auto Body because after doing my research, I read so many positive reviews. My first contact was Sebastian, who was very helpful and transparent from the very start. He answered all my questions about paperwork and the claims process, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. All my interactions with the staff were positive - everyone was friendly and helpful. Great experience all around and I highly recommend Ethos Auto Body.

First off, the facility is very modern and clean. The front desk staff is always offering you something to drink, which is nice. The work is A+ and the turn around time is very reasonable, along with the cost of work. I had a paint job done and I highly recommend them!

They did a beautiful job. Returned the car to me looking like new and fully detailed. It took a long time, though, because of problems with the insurance.

Ethos was amazing and made what was originally an unfortunate situation/ accident into an easy process. Their communication was on point and I was always explained and informed next steps and status on my vehicle. They were quick and just great to work with. Ethos auto body did a amazing job on my 2016 Camaro 2SS. They did a ZL1-1 LE front bumper swap after a fender accident. And it came out absolutely flawless, paint match is perfect, fitment is spot on, I highly recommend anybody that has any vehicle to get their body work done at ethos’s auto. Matt, Sebastian, and Raymond did an amazing job on my auto body repair work for my Range Rover. Great customer service from start to finish. No stress, constant communication updates, dealt with all communication with my insurance company paperwork etc, and helped me with my car rental. It was a great experience was the first time I did business with them and I was very impressed by how prompt they were and considerate towards me. Liz is very patient and always returns my calls and all the guys are considerate and get the job done.
