Victor was really great, everything is wonderful, clean and the people there just simply amazing. The woman in the front desk was really kind and helpful which is great when is your first time, and the guy in glasses hahaha was great as well, and the person that explain the escape room was very patient. Highly recommend full 5

Extremely Disappointing
Website was very unclear on what we were booking. When we showed up, we realized we had booked the wrong thing. They would not allow us to do the activities that we wanted without paying additional money. The equipment we did use was very outdated and broke down several times. We had to wait extended times for equipment to be fixed and even once it was, it did not work well.
You can get a much better experience using at home equipment or going to a different location.
The staff was very friendly, that’s the only reason this place gets 2 stars. But they still were not very helpful when it came to what we wanted to do and adjusting our plans.
Lastly, the place was not very clean and equipment was not whipped down between users. I wiped dust from several places and equipment was worn.

Such a fun time! Michael was extremely helpful and informative! Whole staff was very nice and attentive.

Victor was marvelous. I really enjoyed the run away train. I can’t wait to come back with my friends.

A great fun place to escape the real world. Friendly staff and the oculus games are pretty fun

I went to EV with my older brother and mother. We had a blast! Tommy, Vu, Michael, and Victor were all amazing! Great customer service! We will definitely be back!

Had a great experience with my family. We are Hispanic so Wendy the employees was of great help and she helped us throughout our whole experience

Had a great time playing all of the games at escape virtuality. The staff is very professional and helpful. All of the games are fun. Would highly recommend!
