To Mohammed… THANK YOU TO MOHAMMED! This was my first time buying a car on my own. I was nervous the process wouldn’t workout for me but through God and Mohammed, I got my first car. Mohammed, explained everything to me on many levels, many times to because I’m sure he sensed I was nervous and getting antsy. He made sure I knew what was what, he answered questions I was thinking of before I had the chance to ask. No question I did ask was silly to him at all. He made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything was going on. He literally moved mountains for me to get my car. I highly recommend going to him. Everyone who works there was very kind and made sure to congratulate and introduce theirselves to me and my dad throughout the process. I recommend for the next buyers to come as early in the morning as possible so they can get their car transferred to that location (within NY, NJ) if the car they want isn’t on the lot already, by the time this location close for the night… Matter fact, Mohammed made sure I got my car by the time this location closed from jersey (no transfer fee; he made sure to avoid a transfer fee so he kept searching for the suv I would want) and I’m sure he even stayed later just to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Mora of the story, come to Mohammed at this location, come early and don’t give up on getting a car from this location. He made sure I got the lowest auto insurance as well. He literally wanted me to get the best of the best, with everything I would need. Enterprise made me feel very safe and supported. That’s super important as a first time auto buyer. Most of my family went to enterprise for their car. My sister recommends Malcolm as her salesperson, Me Mohammed is my guy but in all any sales person you can get while you’re physically their will look out for you and get you what you want and need. My purchase experience was the best ever! With Enterprise car sales!
Saw the car online and it was delivered to my front door within two days. Enterprise car sales handled all of the registration as well. When I inspected the car it needed a new tire /interior car mats/ and and new rear window due to scratches. All of which were taken care of by enterprise within 48 hours.
The sales representative (Mohammed) explained enterprise wants the buyer to be100percent happy with the purchase or I could return the car within 1 week.
The price is non negotiable and was very competitive to other companies.
I wound not hesitate purchasing another car from enterprise. Very happy with the entire purchase and sales experience!

I have to write this review because I was honestly surprised at the level of professionalism and respect these sales agents have with their clients. My agent was Alex not sure what his last name is however the process was so easy I was in and out with a car in under two hours. I didn't have THE BEST credit but regardless Alex worked with me to keep my monthly payments low and insurance payment low and secured a loan within minutes. I Just got my drivers license and never owned a car so of course I had tons of questions but Alex explained every single aspect to me.

Other dealerships I've visited have been sleazy and unprofessional asking for documents the second you walk through the door, here that wasn't the case. I was able to look at cars, ask all the questions I had, reviewed all possibilities without providing a single document or providing anything. I only had to provide my drivers license for a test drive which is obvious but besides that nothing else. I will probably be coming to enterprise if I ever want to purchase any other cars in the future and I will highly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase their first car, or just purchase any car.

I will highly recommend you ask for Alex when you arrive the level of professionalism, expertise, competence, thoroughness, and sophistication this guy displays is unheard of in the world of sales he could honestly teach others a thing or two tbh.

After going to a terrible dealership (Victory Mitsubishi) where they had me wait for 7 hours and tried to trick me into spending 4k more by hiding the amount in the contract without telling me, coming here was the complete opposite.

I was able to purchase my car in under an hour, got to take a test drive by myself, and I paid the exact price that was advertised online - NO HIDDEN FEES! Everything was transparent and straight to the point! There is even two computer monitors so you can see everything the sales rep is doing with your information and how much financing they are applying for, etc. It was an incredible experience.

If you want an easy experience and don't wanna get tricked, lied to, and deceived I would come here, for sure!

After my car was unexpectedly a total loss following a rear end collision, Alex at the East Elmhurst location went out of his way to help me replace my car with the exact make/model I needed. So much easier to work with than the dealer I visited. I'm so glad I was able to purchase, with complete confidence and satisfaction, from Enterprise. I would highly recommend them for any used car needs.

If you choose to buy a used car from Enterprise, ask for Mohammed. Mohammed is probably the most reliable, pleasant, and honest used car salesman I have ever met. He was patient, answered all of my admittedly stupid questions, had money saving tips, and was pleasant to work with. I walked away happy, knowing I had a good car and was not cheated in any way.
The only thing that I would say needs improvement is better advertising for their 7 day buyback guarantee. You dont like the car in 7 days? They take it back as is and only charge a small restocking fee. I had no idea this was a thing before actually going to the dealership, but it absolutely made me more willing to buy a car that day. It is an awesome service and its not getting enough appreciation.
In summary, great guy, great place, great car, great time.

AMAZING! My experience purchasing my vehicle from Enterprise Car Sale with Mohammad (Raj) Sufian was super wonderful. Originally I called thinking I was getting the CT branch. I was talking to Mohammad for 2-3 minutes and decided, hello no, I'm going to get my car through him [Mohammad], and I did not regret it. I drove 2 hours to his office. That's how great Mohammad made me feel about purchasing my car from his location. I don't feel like I lifted a pinky. Mohammad did EVERYTHING for me! Honest people still exist and Mohammad is certainly one out of a few. He's big on customer service and that's a plus for us. Not only did we leave with our beautiful Nissan, Pathfinder, but my husband and I were content, informative and most of all happy with our purchase.

To give this Enterprise company a 10 would not completly do it justice. I have never been so happy and content with purchasing my vehicle, than when I purchased my 2020 Ford Ecostar. First off Mohammad is a Car God! He reached out to me as soon as I requested info and set up a appointment as soon as possible. When we met I totally was prepared for him to upsell me a car that I neither wanted nor needed but HE DID NOT! On top of that Mohammad actually listened to my concerns and worked around what I could afford. Now my credit isn't the best but the finance department worked a miracle and I am forever grateful. Take it from me, run not walk to Enterprise for your next vehicle, ask for Mohammad I promise you will not regret it.

I've been to a number of places to check out vehicles to buy.one thing about all of these places is the dealer trying to make a sale so as to get a commission but here car sellers don't have to pursue. Sheryl helped me get my family into our first car so that I can start my life back up after COVID and having a new baby.
