Enterprise Car Sales

Not a happy camper. I was rented a dangerous car faulty breaks. From out of town. And because of the Breaks I could not and was not safe so I had to spend money for a hotel until I found another Enterprise. I called managers and no one got back to me about refunding my money for the hotel. I would not recommend enterprise they’re not reliable. Also rented a car before this incident, and it had roaches inside coming out the vents. And they say they cleaned their cars. They told me they was rushing almost had an accident. I had to jump out the vehicle also made a mistake left my handicap plaque in the vehicle on another incident they found it said they was gonna send it to me, and they never sent it to me, I would never recommend enterprise to anyone

Not able to express enough how great of an experience it is to deal with Enterprise. I get a fantastic machine every time I buy from them. My first experience was early 2020. I got a much needed van used. I couldn’t help but think I may be asking for trouble, but I had a great experience with it. I was able to trade it back to them this year and get an updated Van and found the same results! Thanks Josh for all your help and follow through!
