Trisha & shavar told me I’d have an easy smooth transition into my new car and that was far from the truth. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They had me waiting unnecessarily while they went off and spoke. Than when all said and done, they lost my keys. Had to wait again for the spare which they could not locate. After filling out all the forms and waiting a few hrs, I was told to return when they speak to the managers manager about the situation. Still haven’t heard from them.

By far the WORST experience in my life (using a fake name for my personal & physical safety, which I fear for)
Trisha and shavar are antisemitic, they made comments about concentration camps and called me a “human ash tray. ” Do NOT support these people!

Purchasing a car today was an incredibly smooth, pleasant and easy experience. From the time I showed interest, Chelsea the receptionist, was pleasant and helpful in setting up my appointment. I was greeted immediately by a very warm, friendly, knowledgeable agent, Chrisann, who listened to my all my needs and hopes. She chose some cars to show me and nailed it! I knew the prices here were really good as I had done some previous research. Love the no haggle policies. Really like the guarantees. Once I chose my vehicle, administration here made financing and DMV a breeze. All staff here was friendly and seem happy. Nice atmosphere!

With all due respect to their process for judging cars they did not follow kelley blue book guidelines as they stat they do.

The car I brought had one accident that was considered mild to moderate range but had no mechanical damage. Exterior damage as to the front drivers side and repaired properly with no visible defects. They offered a price in the "fair" category which was states that it has mechanical damage. The car was well under industry standard for mileage used and was in excellent working condition. When pressed about this the sales person stated that she knows best and has "3 years of experience" doing this.

I'm sure they have standards they have to follow but I question whether or not they follow them as they say suggest

Extremely professional & knowledgeable about their cars! The sales consultant made my first experience buying a car so easygoing it’s insane. They aren’t like the salesman at the car dealerships! They take their time asking you questions to make sure they are getting you the exact vehicle you want; & show you options to chose from right away. After 3 years with the white 2017 chevy sonic that they sold me, I realized that they sold me a lemon, already had to change the engine, the rack and pinion, the timing belt and water pump. In my opinion people should not buy from this place as they sell you the one they know will cause more problems.

Dave was amazing! From the second I called to find out information on trading in until I drove off the lot in our new car it was a great experience. He was so patient with us, being as I was indecisive at first, he really listened and understood. He answered all the questions I had and eased any concerns. This was my first time buying from Enterprise and Carol made it a great experience. The car I had my eye on was no longer available so I thought I wasn’t going to be leaving with a car that day.
