I picked up a car here last Saturday, and overall it's going very well so far. My salesperson's name is Ali, who is very helpful, I appreciate it！

Fraud ALERT!

I went there about a month ago and Lajune greeted me. She took $100 as refundable deposit from me to process my credit application. But I didn’t get approval and asked for a refund. After few days another employee contacted me and told me that he could get me another one. After he started ignoring my texts and calls. I tried to contact lajune, she also started to ignoring me. Never received my calls after that. Her behavior was so at the beginning but after that everything disappeared.

I haven’t received my refund yet and it’s been a month. I am going to file a complaint against them.

Be aware of them. Stay away from this dealership. Don’t put down any deposit in cash.

First time doing service at this location, and the service was terrible, a lot of people came after me and left before me. Apparently my car was ready for pick up and nobody said anything so I waited over three hours, they didn’t even rotate my tires, which I noticed the second I saw my car, didn’t even get paperwork and the service manager said he was going to email me the paperwork the same day and im still waiting for it. At this point i don't know if they did check the entire car the way they suppose to. The attitude and representation of the people that work inside is not professional. The guys that move the cars in the service door entrance are much better.

Think about buying a car? My experience Just selling the car they don’t care.what happens after that. The new car didn't work back camera, so it took a month to fix it? And other car There is no washer fluid in the new car. And than a very important DMV part they work every day every single hour. They put wrong Bin number wrong address unprofessional working people here.how is happen, and then responsibility not light away in the customer care? During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Joe K.who provided exceptional customer service. Though the car I initially had in mind was unavailable, Joe helped me find an even better one that I'm quite pleased with. The entire process was hassle-free, and I was able to drive away with my new car promptly. I definitely will come back again for my next car.

Christopher Sumba was a great salesman and he helped us through the process of getting our car! The next time that I’m in the market for a car he’s the only salesman that I want to work with! We walked in and within seconds he was able to help us get into the car of our dreams! Made the process super smooth! 5/5!

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!

These guys are liars & predators. They will CHARGE YOU MORE IF YOU PAY CASH/ CREDIT UNION. This forces you to finance with them so they can get a larger commission. & once you catch on to their scam and try to leave, then they try to hold you hostage by offering you a cash deal as a last resort. I felt especially targeted since I’m a single woman who’s unfamiliar with the process. So instead of feeling welcomed & guided by Joe & Baja, I felt used & manipulated walking out of there. Thankfully I didn’t sign anything binding, cause I’d be trapped in a scam. Now I have to wait 5-10 days for my deposit back… 0/10 experience, don’t let them scam you & try to upcharge you for paying cash/credit union.

Paul Munroe, one of the best sales persons Empire Hyundai of Jamaica has ever had. He possesses great communication skills and has the ability to understand customer’s needs.

Look for Jack when you look for buying a car. I just bought a Hyundai Tucson and he was professional, polite and patient. He showed all the details and was honest with the price made us easy to make up the mind. He didn't urge or rush us to buy a car. My parents also really loved how he treated us.
His coworkers were all helpful and the whole process was smooth. Empire is the place to go to.

Ron Lazkani is the best! He is very knowledgable and patient, did an amazing job, so does Christina, very nice and patient. Glad to get our new car in empire hyundai.

Definitely a good experience! Did my work finding a used car in my area on the internet. Had my eyes on a 2019 Elantra GT, walked in and approached by Lajune. We went for a spin around the block and got further information about the car's history. Decided this was something I wanted to have. Finance lady Christina also very personal and knowledgeable about anything you need to know. Lajune's extensive experience made this a piece of cake and I'm very happy I went through Empire Huyndai!

Did a phone in quote for a Kona N, the sales rep said my prices were unreasonable and I was lying about the price that was offered to me by Atlantic Hyundai. Very aggressive & unprofessional. Take the drive further out to Atlantic, best Hyundai in NYC

One of the worst dealerships I have been to recently. The salesperson, Ron, does not know what he has in his inventory. Wasted my time negotiating a car he did not even have! Unprofessional. I disliked my experience here so much that I am not buying a Hyundai at all.

Great experience with this dealership. Let them know by phone exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and they called a few days later with my request. Very courteous and friendly. Would do business with them again. Lajune Lyles did a great job answering our questions and having everything ready for us.

Ron Lazkani has helped me get my first and was an amazing guide in this journey. I appreciate him for helping me.

This is my second service appointment at Empire Hyundai of Jamaica and I will definitely return. The service manager, Ed Thornton was very helpful and showed me the part that needed to be replaced and explained why (air cabin filter). The work was completed in a timely manner and I had a comfortable wait in the waiting area. I would definitely recommend this station.

Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to purchase a used vehicle made an appointment car wasn’t on the premises then to add insult to injury the price wasn’t as advertised even though I I repeatedly asked to verify it they blamed it on corporate as a potential customer I asked them to at least give me a similar amount on another car they were incompetent at best at worst they played the bait and switch game

Lajune was a great customer service representative. She was very helpful and accommodating.

Sully, please don’t show attitude when customers are smart enough to buy none of your warranty. Horrendous public service and customer service attitude. You can’t force someone to buy and then change tone when they ask questions. Please avoid this place.

This is the place to buy if you looking for a new Hyundai. I got my car the second day of the new year. I was helped by Jack, he asked me a few questions on what I was looking for and showed me the Elantra with convenience package. He broke down what the add ons were. I honestly fell in love with the car when I saw it but what made it better was that Jack didn’t use any sales tactics and told me straight there was no mark up on the vehicles. Once we got to paperwork Jack was up front again broke everything down and told me what promotions and incentives they had going on. Another MVP was Sully the finance manger worked with all the banks to see which one would give me the best rate and broke down the warranty programs as well. Overall I’ve had the car for about a month and I can’t complain, the staff was really helpful, respectful and knowledgeable.

Great service and definitely try to stay within your budget. I went in there wanting the new Palisade and came out with the limited edition model. Extremely happy overall. Definitely gonna recommend any friends or family who are in the market for a new vehicle.

After prior awful experiences at other dealerships, I was very hesitant and wary about buying. My experience here was totally different. They were patient and worked with me throughout the process and also remained in contact throughout my buying process. Sully helped me tremendously with financing as well.

Also, victor the salesman was wonderful. Will def recommend. He was patient and not pushy.

Great place to buy a car! The entire staff was friendly and professional. The sales rep (Stephan) answered all my questions, showed us several models, walked me through all of the options available and took his time. When we sat with the Business Manager (Sully), very helpful, she went through all of the financing options available to us to help us make the right decision. Overall Empire Hyundai of Jamaica is a great place to buy a car!
