Make sure you get into the details on price and whether it includes tax, etc as the description I heard went very fast and I was slightly surprised when I can signing all the paperwork. Very pleasant, knowledgeable about the vehicle, allowed a test drive and most importantly did not try to sell me things I didn't need. My salesman Tom let the car sell itself. He even picked me up from the train station the day of the purchase. Now that's service! Tom took me to the car and showed me everything and worked with me until I understood what I was doing. We were interested in leasing another Mustang convertible. We tried one Ford dealership and did not feel like they were interested in doing business with us. We then made an appointment with Empire Ford and were warmly greeted by the receptionist, who then introduced us to Arianna Periacleous. She was very friendly and helpful, and she sat down with us and spent as much time as we needed, answering all our questions about the car we were interested in. She was friendly, making the car leasing experience a pleasure and not a chore. We ordered the 2024 model we wanted and when it came in, took a test drive and worked with Jayson, the GM and agreed upon the pricing that we thought was favorable to us. We felt that our business was valued. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the friendliness of everyone in the dealership, especially Arianna. She stayed with us through the entire process and made herself readily available to answer all my follow-up questions even after we took the car home. Special thanks to David Reyes and Brandon who also were very helpful.

Get a car here! I got a Bronco Sport. Carlos the sales rep kept it simple, best price, came through with turnaround time as promised.

Poor customer service at service department. They never get back to you. If you don’t call them they won’t check in with you about your car. They blame Ford for their difficulty getting parts but they never call you. They just don’t seem to care. And they place needs a major facelift.

Might be the worst customer care in the business in my option.they had my van for 2 weeks damaged the van by changing the windshield lied about fixing the usb ports.took no responsibility for the damage and i took my car elsewhere buyer beware

I simply cannot say enough great things about my quality of dealer experience with Empire Ford of Huntington. Shoutouts to the size of a small town to Mike Daniels the sales manager who put a very complex deal together and then weighted patiently for Ford to approve it.

Double shoutouts to Tommy Sclafani who is a true sales professional in every sense of the word and bent over backwards to assure our satisfaction. In fact because I had a recent surgery and driving was very difficult for me due to the leg brace I was required to wear, Tommy willingly and cheerfully agreed to drive the vehicle over 200 miles to deliver it out of state and drive the trade in back to Empire Ford of Huntington. It was an extremely long day for Tommy and they were a lot of frustrations and challenges along the way but he was a complete gentleman and never made us feel pressured.

In addition the vehicle itself was exquisitely gone over by the service department ably run by Bob Corrado and delivered absolutely defect free. If I could give them six stars I would, I cannot thank Huntington Ford enough for such a wonderful quality of dealer experience and I urge any New Yorker to shop them before buying any new Ford.you'll get the best prices available in New York and service much better than I've never had in my 40 years of buying new cars from new car dealers.

I went here a few months ago to look at the Ford Bronco on a Sunday. Instead some creepy, old salesman stared down my fiancé to the point she was as so uncomfortable and wanted to leave, and if he wasn’t so old I would have said something.

They are the best. If they are unable to solve the issues with your car they tell you straight up front.

I’ve wanted a Bronco for a long time, since I saw a restored ‘68 model. When Ford brought it back I wanted in. After a long wait I received a call from Fred, my salesman. Wow! My wife and I went to see Fred and the first thing he did was show us our new Bronco!
We did our paperwork and Fred had our Bronco prepped for us. In that time we met with the finance manager, the service department manager and the general manager. It was great.
Everyone at Empire Ford was fantastic.
The next day I received a call from Fred about my experience and if I had any questions or concerns. I thanked him for making the buying process so seamless.
I’ve purchased many new vehicles in my life and this experience was the most pleasant by far.

I will admit I was probably not the easiest customer to deal with. Waited a couple years for my Bronco. But Christopher Gross and the rest of the staff at Empire Ford were great! What a terrible experience. Made an appointment to see an advertised car, then when we arrive to test drive it, no one knew where it was and then stated it was turned into a loaner the day before. The epitome of slimey car sales tactics. Some dealerships just don't know how to sell respectfully. Really felt uncomfortable and buyers should look somewhere else.

When my 2010 Ford Fusion bit the dust in Huntington, NY, the cost of the repair was more than the value of the car. Hal Abrahamson stepped in and helped me get a new car, a 2020 Ford Fusion, and made the process almost effortless. In 3.5 hours, i was in my new car and on my way. Great job!

The salesman Fred was accommodating and knowledgeable about the Ford Bronco and made the purchase process easy. Christina in the financing department made financing and finalizing the purchase the most stress free part of the purchase.
Unfortunately, Ford Motor Company did a terrible job with communicating to reservation holders for the Ford Bronco 2021 model. They did not adhere to time stamp order and sold vehicles to late reservation holders before many 1st week reservation holders. Ford also did a poor job in communicating after the vehicle was built informing me why it took 3 months for it to be delivered. Built 10/22/21 and delivered 1/14/22. In all, Empire Ford was great, the Bronco is amazing, but wish Ford Motor Company treated me more personally and not just an order number.

Gary was not the typical used car salesman. He was honest.yes.honest and attentive. When an issue came up he stepped up and picked my husband up at home and took him to pick up the car. Wonderful experience!

A experience of a life time. Robert (Bob) and Josh are the best representative I have ever interacted with. They made this process easy and stress free, accommodating my family every way possible. This is the definition of customer service. With the help of Bob and Josh advice we selected the vehicle that meets the needs of my family. I wasn't pressured into something I didn't like.

As for me 2021 Explorer (Timberline). It rides better than the other models thanks to the 18in wheels allowing more rubber for the tire. The 4 captain seats makes everyone feel comfortable. The kids fall asleep everytime we take a drive, reminds me of when they were young. The space is perfect, we all have our own storage areas.

I have to mention one negative about this vehicle. The optional offroad auxiliary led lights should have been included as part of the package, or at least the option to add it. I had to order separately from parts department. Having this option pre-wired it only makes sense to have it install. But it only took about 15min.

Overall, I just want to say thank you for treating us like family and will definitely return in the future. (that Mach 1 Mustang would look great next to the explorer in the driveway)

Leasing this 2021 Bronco Sport from Empire Ford of Huntington was the best experience I've ever had when leasing or buying a vehicle. We all know how painful the process can be, but not this time! Not only did I get the exact vehicle I wanted (during a time that's darn near impossible) with almost all of the features I was looking for, but the price was spot-on (we "mathed" ahead of time to make sure) and no haggling or hard sell from anyone at Ford. Our salesman, David Urias-Reyes, was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and had a good sense of humor too. He made us his priority for the day letting us get out of there on time to pick up our daughter and when we returned to finalize paperwork and take the car we didn't have to wait very long at all. In the past at other dealerships it was several grueling hours waiting in the lounge area and salespeople who tried to talk us into features we didn't need or inflate the price to the point of absurdity. I would recommend this dealership and specifically our salesman to anyone who twitches at the thought of going to look for a new vehicle. And the best part.the Bronco Sport is very comfy, rides so solid and I love the color!

Went to get a ford escape 2021, the salesperson was nice but the manager Jennifer was horrible, she doesn't know much information on products and services. We were told that there is an incentive program where we can trade in any car (either working or not working condition) for a 3000$ rebate credit from Ford manufacturer. They delayed that process by giving wrong information. When we got delivery of the car they had promised to clean the car before delivery which they failed to do. There was dust and minor stains in the car. They left out the rear cargo mat. The car was driven 205 miles already when purchasing. Seems like their employees drive it back and forth I guess. Because I noticed each time a manager leaves or enters the building they take the new cars out for a spin. They made an issue with the title by putting the wrong financing company on it which I am still trying to resolve it with the delaership. Would never pruchase another vehicle from them nor recommended anyone to get vehicles from here

Brandon did a great job helping us pick out our Bronco and then going through all the details when it finally arrived, he’s extremely knowledgeable about all Ford vehicles! Thanks to Josh and Jason for helping us out as well, we waited a long time but it was well worth it in the end.

Write down a review.i called the dealership thrice to confirm the availability of ford fusion hybrid that time the salesperson on phone named john said yeah its available i drove 23 miles to see the car but wen i went there no one came out to help me and the salesperson John was busy to eat some hamburgers after 40 minutes of eating he came back and shake my hand while Burrping.wen i asked him about the car he said car is not at the dealership we send it for detailing and car wl come back after 2-3 days and told me to call back again to make sure its availability wow wat a lier he is.car was already sold to someone and he wanted me to buy some other car.totally waste of time & Gas thanks to Mr. John.

I saw a truck I was interested in for my husband, called to make sure the vehicle was available and it was. I leased my explorer from here in 2019, in anticipation of getting a bronco when tge lease ran out. As the bronco has been delayed numerous times, I decided to purchase my explorer rather than continue to lease with no end in site. The process was extremely ez and they were a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint is getting in and out of the property is rather difficult

Although this dealership is more than 2 hours away from me, I was enticed by a GREAT deal for a 2020 Ford Fusion. I went there on a Friday intent on purchasing and taking the vehicle home with me the same day, if all worked out.
