I took my 2019 RAM in for collision repair work which was completed in a professional, timely and friendly manner.

Purchased a 2023 Ford Maverick from this dealership. Unlike many other Ford Dealerships, this one did not charge well over MSRP for the truck. Honest service and sales. I am from the Richmond VA area and was up near Buffalo visiting family. I had been searching for a good deal on a Maverick since they came out. Needless to say, if I need to buy another ford, I wouldn’t hesitate to take the 450 mile drive back up here.

It's a lot of work doing a good car deal, but if your willing to put the time and effort in, and both sides are happy at the end, then this is a good dealership to work with.

If the free wifi and friendly banter are worth it to you, it is a very clean and welcoming dealership. Don't be fooled into thinking that using Ford Service will make Ford more willing to stand behind their products though. 12 years with Ford and Ford Service through 2 different moves/3 dealerships and Ford requires the Emerling Ford service team charge the customer a diagnostic fee rather than charging it back to look at a struggling 2 year old transmission that's still 5,000 miles under warranty. Just buy used.

They were amazing. So helpful and quick. They made sure that my car was done quickly. They scheduled my appointment to work with my parents dr appointment. They made sure that my car was as close as possible so my elderly parents wouldn't have to walk more than 10 steps to the car. We enjoyed coffee/water while watching TV.
