Shawn Marley and Chris Silvers from Elm Chevy sales department did a great job of helping us pick out our new truck. They explained everything about the truck and answered all of our questions. Brian Peller in finance did a great job of helping us complete the paperwork the buy the truck.

If anyone is looking for a new Chevy I would highly recommend Elm Chevy.

Had a wonderful experience selling my car to Elm Chevy. I enjoyed working with Mike Smith. Mike is very responsive, professional, helpful, kind, and genuine. Going to dealerships always intimates me, but this place truly changed my perspectives. The selling process was super fast. They honored the KBB price, did a thorough mechanical check within half an hour, signed the title and handed a check to me on site. Very good price and did not try to trick customer at all (unlike some other greedy dealerships I’ve dealt with). They also arranged a ride for me to get home (50 min away from the dealership) after I sold my car. Highly recommend.

No appointment but needed an oil change and tire rotation. I received immediate service upon my arrival. Highly recommend using Elm chevrolet for your service needs.

I had an extremely positive experience with this dealership. They were responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It was a very pleasant experience. I dealt with Mike Krebbs, Stacey Mikel, and Brian Pellor. All top notch people. I had the most interaction with Mike, and he was fantastic to deal with.

This car buying experience has been the worst. After being in the auto repair business for most of my adult life, I am totally surprised by the treatment I have received from both sales and service department from this long standing dealership. The service department, first and foremost, needs to understand people don’t come in with a nonexistent problem. They must first listen to understand problem instead of listening to respond. Have dealt with a dealership in painted post where the treatment and service staff always excelled in the past 15 years. This is the first vehicle I have purchased at Elm and cannot believe the way a new customer is treated. Yes, I am open to discussing my concerns if someone would listen to understand before responding.

Elm Chevy always capable to get an appointment within a day or so when you have an issue with your vehicle. Everyone is friendly. Turnaround is as promised, if not sooner than expected.

Excellent, professional and efficient service by Mike Smith and Mike Krebs in Sales on 11/18/21. Open communication lines with Mike Smith during the purchase process as well as on 11/18. Mike Krebs went the extra mile to make things happen. ABOVE AND BEYOND when there was an issue with my new Colorado on 11/18. The Service Manager and Service personnel did a good job of explaining the problem. A continuation of great service from the Service Dept and Body Shop on 12/27/21.

I needed my vehicle to take my grandchildren on a special trip this coming weekend. My passenger side windshield wiper was not working and I needed an oil change. As I only like to take my vehicle to Elm Chev, I was hopeful they could get me in. I know staffing shortages has affected everyone. I told the service department of my situation, and they were able to get my car in the next day. So very grateful! Thank you!

It took two calls and an hour and a half to get a call back from the service department. I’ve bought several vehicles from there but I will reavaluate my chose for the next one. Service after the sale is everything

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Suburban Premier in Nov.of 2020. There was a $700 rebate in place at the timevI purchased this vehicle. I have never re cited this $700 rebate. I have been trying since l ast Nov. I have emailed Mr. Van Fleet 5 times with no response at all! I guess I could have gone so mewhere else to buy a car. What is going on here? Lee

I purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox in June of 2021. When I brought my vehicle in for an Oil change and tire rotation, I was informed by the service writer that my tires were bald and the wires inside were showing, which is unsafe to drive. I was NEVER advised during the purchasing process that the tires had such a low tread depth and that they would need to be replaced so soon. Also my vehicle had to get a NYS Inspection before I could take possession of it in June. If the tread depth was so low I'm confused as to why I was not informed. My initial experience with Elm Chevrolet was positive, but after this situation I do not think I will be doing any further business with them. The lack of transparency concerns me. Also I reached out to the Salesman, Mike that I had dealt with, and he never got back to me.

Went to find a part for my truck. Parts center had no customers when i walked in. Parts guys were talking i waited for them to stop. Asked the guy if he could help me with finding a part. He said he was busy. I said theres no customers here how can you be busy. He told me i was rude. I took him out to my truck explained the part i needed. Went back in he finished what he was doing on the computer. Then proceeded to help by finding the part. By using the parts breakdown and printing them out. Showed him the part goes and gets it and tells me that is a $150.00 part i verified it. Asked for the part number he said no. I do not give out part numbers cause everyone goes online and gets them. I wanted the part number so i could price shop and make i got the right part when i went to get. He gave me the part name. I will not go here and do business. Do to this incident. The parts department is rude and lacking customer service.

I would've said no stars if I could for the service department. Let me say that the sales department and body shop have always been excellent from my experience. The service department is absolutely clueless, several times have taken a vehicle there for work, mostly warranty work. EVERY single time has been a problem, from brakes to transmissions. No more, going to have to try Simmons Rockwell.

Although my sales experiences have been great, I am going to move to a different dealership due to the service department. The service department customer service has been terrible the last few visits. We have consistently waited 1.5 to 2.5 hours for scheduled oil changes. Asked for a loaner car for warranty work 2-3 weeks in advance, just to show up to be told nothing was available. No call prior to let me know nothing was available - I would have rescheduled instead of wasting my time if I was called. The service department customer services leaves a lot to be desired.

They replaced my passenger side mirror, the inside paneling on my door isn't properly connected. The rubber around the window is loose. And the plastic around the window has two deep deep digs in them. I've had this car for one year. It had just over 7,000 miles on it. Not a scratch in it on the inside until I took it elm chevy. On top of that. The mirror wasn't properly installed and the electric part didnt work. I feel like I spent over 450 dollars for the mechanic to destroy the interior of my door. They didnt walk me through what they did. They just gave me the keys and had me find my car.

Brought my 2018 Chevy Colorado in for service because I'm getting vibrations while cruising at a constant speed (maintaining speed) not actually accelerating. Was charged for diagnostic but told no issues with truck. I find it ironic I've drove this truck over 65000 miles and know what it felt like before it started shuttering. But was told no codes nothing we can do. Even supplied copy of tsb 18-na -355 on what I know the issue is, as it's a very common issue with these second generation Colorado's. All I wanted was my fluid changed so I can continue to enjoy my purchase. But was told 500$ because I'm just outside of the original powertrain warranty
and had also purchased an extended warranty of 7/ 120,000. But told not covered. I've called GM customer service due this.

Someone greeted me, held the door and directed me to the right desk. The person there acknowledged me immediately and said she would be with me shortly. Checkin was quick. Waiting area is well planned for comfort and distancing. Able to use a free coupon for inspection which I appreciate greatly!

The torque converter did not solve the issue, finding the broken motor mount and replacing them both may have helped reduce the vibration but it's still there. Reluctance to return calls ect. I believe that you sold me a lemon and your technical staff hasn't had to diagnose any fix for the "chevy shake "
