Ryleigh was absolutely amazing! We did a full set of highlights and a blowout on my hair and this girl did not miss a beat. I had a great day in the salon today and loved meeting the girls. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Ryleigh for a touch up and as my blonde journey continues.

I just want to say you will not be disappointed when you go to Elle. I came in because the owner offered moms to get a discount with a new year special. As a mom herself, Danielle wanted to help other mamas pamper themselves, and pampered I was. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile, offered a drink and snack and Danielle took my coat. I received a signature facial from Parker, she made me feel comfortable and the treatment was amazing, I was instantly transported into a state of calm and serenity, with two kiddos at home; 3 year old and 2 month old those words are not in my vocabulary but what I needed. I cannot recommend enough. I already booked two more facials. I am so impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail this salon and spa offers.

Salon was clean and all staff were very friendly. I had gone in for a partial highlight and my stylist made my time in the chair so relaxing and I had a great time. My stylist Ryleigh also helped me understand information about my hair (styling/cut/ products etc.). Elle salon made my day great and had me leaving refreshed and relaxed.

I don’t necessarily recommend coming here unless it’s for a pretty regular haircut.the first time i went, i asked for layers & a blowout, i got my hair blow dried but then straightened & i barely got any layers, i came out of the there with my hair very thin & flat.the hairdresser also was telling me a ton of personal business & made me pretty uncomfortable, she was talking about stuff the whole appintoment but i went back to get my hair fixed but it still looked nothing like the pictures i showed, also i had a family member come here & have a bad experience as well.i feel bad leaving this review but it’s just to warn others.

OH MY GOODNESS I genuinely am in LOVE with this transformation that Danielle managed to pull off in under 3 hours, I feel and look amazing! The salon was clean and a very relaxing environment! 10/10 would recommend, worth every penny!

Says walk-ins welcome for spray tans yet both times my fiancé went in there she was told a walk-in isn’t possible. The first time an employee stated “we don’t take walk ins” and the second time another said “oh I don’t know how to use the machine so I can’t do that. ” If walk-ins are only accepted at certain times it should be stated (it is not) and also if walk-ins are actually welcome then staff should know how to use the machines.

My appointment was pleasant. I got my brows laminated hoping to find a new place closer to home. It was my first time, and I just wish someone had told me of the possible side effects. When I got home, I noticed I had a burn under my eyebrow. Which I didn’t think much of, hoping it would just heal. In the following three days, a family member asked why I had so many hairs in my glasses. I looked in the mirror to find a good chunk of my eyebrow missing. I’ve been told by another esthetician that my eyebrows have been over processed (chemicals left on too long) and that my hair may never grow back. Maybe I wasn’t a good fit for the treatment, but I don’t take any medication and have no allergies. I really debated posting this because I know everyone is just trying their best, but I really felt I needed to warn others because we should at least be warned that this could happen to you too. Hope my face can heal.

Everyone has to go and see Steven! He is absolutely phenomenal. My hair is the best it’s ever felt. 10 stars!

Took my daughter here to have her hair cut, highlighted, and styled for a formal event. The place was busy and seemed pretty popular. The staff was friendly, and the stylist was very sweet and patient with us. The place is clean and the vibe is fun and professional!

Danielle has transformed my hair no words can explain how happy I am. I feel so much better about my hair and how I look over all! She worked her magic!

Keana was freaking amazing! She did such a good job! I gave her free reign over the haircut and she created an amazing style for me that I never knew it was exactly what I wanted! It's PERFECT! I highly recommend

Jenna Rocks she colored my granddaughters hair and it came out quickly so she redid it and it looks beautiful. Needless to say Jenna will be permanently our hair stylist. Thank You for making my granddaughter feel so special. You totally Rock

I am editing my review. I wasnt happy when I had my hair done by brandy. It was green when I came out. I spent 160 dollars on a few foils. I then had to get a treatment from a different salon to get the green tint out. She didn't hardly cut any of my. I then went back and had another girl cut, my hair her name was Ashley. She was nice but did not know how to cut hair either. That was another 45 dollars for a hair cut. So now I'm at 200 dlrs for a few foils and a bad haircut. It is not blended at all in the back. It looks like I have a mushroom on the top of my head. I have been going to Jerry for years. This salon No Longer has any people that can cut or color hair. Worst color and cut ever in my life.

The best salon around! Definitely the luxury experience everyone needs! Ashley is seriously so awesome and sweet. She found out I was getting married she got me in next day for a hair trial which I loved! On wedding day I was having a meltdown the whole staff made me feel so comforted they made me feel so loved and welcomed and for someone with high social anxiety this was extremely calming! Ashley made me look stunning! The look lasted all night, I can't wait to go back!

Danielle is a total Karen. Enjoys screwing people over who really need help. It doesn't matter how well she thinks she can do hair. She's not a nice person.

Jenna did such an amazing job on my hair! I would recommend her to anyone- she is very talented and really takes the time to find what works for you.

I booked Ashley for my daughter's prom updo. She was flexible and professional. My daughter's hair came out amazing! I would highly recommend her for all her services!

Kylie was amazing! My hair looked like a brillo pad when I arrived at the salon, and at her suggestion, she gave me an awesome new look! Thank you Kylie.you rock!

This is a great locally owned business. Danielle was amazing and I now have a new hair stylist.

The place itself was beautiful. And it took me a while to see if my experience would just "pass" and I could leave it be, but here I am. My experience was like no other. I made the appointment went to appointment only to be told she has to leave. OK, No problem, I get that. Took me 40 minutes to get there from Clifton Park with my 11 year old kid in tow. But no big deal, Like I said. I get it. Come back the next day, couldn't, I was in urgent care. Came the following week. Laid down. I instantly was uncomfortable and she kept on and on about how my lashes were fluttering and if they kept up she would have to stop and reschedule. Which only made me even more put off. Finally got through the (less then an hour initial appointment, which is unheard of for lashes) Came back for a fill only to be sent away again because my lashes were fluttering. This was after huffing and puffing about how she coudln't get to get a lash off. It was a very very uncomfortable situation and I can't wait for my regular lash lady to have openings again. I've been doing my lashes for 7 years and this is the only time I've had a problem. Allie would much rather be somewhere else then doing your lashes. She is rushed and not in the mood. You'll see if you go to her after reading this.lol
Edit 06/21/2022 the owner responded and I should note, she and her business has only wonderful feedback from what I've heard and this review should not affect her or her salon. This is just one persons interaction and review and I felt strong enough to share it as to help others be aware.

I made an appt to get my hair done, I got there a little early because i never want anyone to have to wait. The receptionist was nice and asked me to have a seat. I sat there for 15 mins waiting for my hairdresser to come or for someone to say she is running late. I looked for the receptionist to say something but she wasnt around so i left. I think it is so rude to keep people waiting and not say a word. My time is just as valuable as theirs.

I can’t recommend this salon enough and if you do go which you should ask for Brandy she did my hair and I’m in love she’s the best of the best my balayage turned out amazing if your going for lash extensions go to Allie she’s amazing at what she does not only that but she goes out of her way to make sure you leave happy with exactly what you want she’s the sweetest

Elle’s new spray tanning machine is easy to use and super helpful step by step! The service was amazing from the staff and I would recommend coming here for all your tanning needs. Special thanks to Danielle for the awesome help!

This is the salon to be at! What first drew me towards this place was the building because it looked so clean, new, beautiful and had a bunch of different salon options. On the website I found Dani! Words cannot even begin to express how talented and absolutely amazing she is. Before I booked my first appointment a few months ago I looked over her Instagram and was already blown away by her work. You can check out @hairbydanialyse while she's stil accepting new clients. I've been obsessed ever sense! The contrast and dimension in my hair is truly stunning all thanks to her! I get compliments all the time and sometimes can't stop looking in the mirror or in photos. Literally obsessed! The overall vibe the salon carries is both fun, relaxing and the perfect escape. It took me a long time to feel this way about a hair stylist and a salon, thank you Dani and thank you Elle Salon & Spa!?
