Received clear OPI gel manicure on 2020-06-18 from Elizabeth. They were 15+ minutes behind schedule - BUT this was the first day back after COVID and it was the last appointment of the night, so I cannot hold this against them. Elizabeth was very friendly and thorough. Definitely would go back to her. Update 2021-12-31 they are even better than ever. My favorite salon. Still great 2022-03-05. Update 2024-01-19 still great. Elizabeth has created gel manicures on me that lasted 4 full weeks without any cracks or chips!

The technicians did such a wonderful job on my nails. I rarely get full acrylics because I work in a field that makes it hard to keep my nails and polish from cracking/chipping. This is from a little over a week out, clearly still looking like my nails were just done! Thank you!

I got a gel manicure. The polish came off half my nails within 3 days. I went back, and they were happy to take care of me again at no cost and redo the polish. I wish I could have had a different nail tech as she didn't do a great job the second time either. I still tipped her 20% for her time. The polish stayed on, now going on 2 weeks, but you can see the stroke marks and bubbles in the polish. My husband and I got mani pedis here back in 2021, the day before our wedding, and they did a GREAT job. Sadly, with my most recent experience, I will not be returning.

I had asked for something very simple, they said they could do it and it looked nothing like what I asked for. I understand it will never look exactly the same but my extensions were completely see through when I had asked for a solid pink colored base. My shaping was horrendous, and no matter how many times I kindly addressed my concerns my nail tech did nothing to change my discomfort and assured me it would look exactly like the picture. On top of that he made fun of my nails multiple times which only made me more uncomfortable. Oh and my extensions that are supposed to last 3 weeks lasted less than a week before they fell off. I have never been so dissapointed.

First time coming here. Got a French manicure and the woman who did my nails was very nice. She made sure the nail filer wasn’t too rough for me and made sure I liked how my nails looked. Would highly recommend!

Got me in without an appointment and cleaned up my raggedy toes (I'm a full time server so my feet get beat up) very nice for my vacation this week, looking good as new!

They got us in for our appointment on time and the whole staff is amazing! Especially the guy that did my nails at table 1!

First of all I had gotten my nails done just over a week ago and 2 of them have fallen off. I didn’t even pick at them and they fell off, I am really mad and I know not to go there ever again. And the person that did my nails did a very messy flower.

Everyone was very friendly! I had one of the loveliest pedicures, nice long massages, and I was always asked if it felt good or if the water/stones were too hot etc.will definitely come back again!

I am very unhappy. I went there to see Vinny because of the reviews and recommendations. I made an appointment and when I asked for a basic nail art was told there was no time (because another nail tech had to do it) then the nails were see threw which looked terrible. Fast forward 5 days later I have had 3 nails break (not even from doing anything more than grabbing a cup from a cabinet) which have split my real nails under half way down. I called an asked for a refund and was told they will fix it not refund however I do not want to go again and be given another poor quality set. I do not recommend this place.

This nail salon is AMAZING! First time and had a great experience. I have found my new nail salon, and will not be going anywhere else.

I had to write a review on how amazing this place was. Read the reviews and decided to come here after trying out many nail salons in Clifton Park! They are clean, pleasant, patient and thorough! Loved Elizabeth! Great prices for great service!

Listed price for anc and then said was extra because nails were longer than average. Never had an extra charge anywhere else.

Had to write a review because of how good they were! It was my first time going here after a year of not getting my nails done due to a bad experience at another salon. Elite Nail Spa was amazing. They had good prices, great customer service, and a CLEAN, relaxing environment. I love how friendly and talented the staff are. I have already recommended this place to friends. Definitely my go-to salon now!

What an amazing experience! My nail tech kept asking if the shape was good and we have a great chat. Ask for Elisabeth she is so nice!

Had my first visit with Ann and I'm a tough gal to please. Well she did a full acrylic set of nails and a spa pedicure. I must say she did an outstanding job. My nails look just gorgeous. I'm normally not happy with my nails for at least 4 or 5 visits till the tec gets to know me and how I like my nails. I have one critique and that's that the massage during the pricey pedicure should have been longer than 1 minute. There could have been a bit more customer interaction instead of the staff talking among themselves. However I'm much more interested in the final results than I am about the atmosphere of the salon. Ive discovered over my many years of having my nails done that its extremely rare to find a place that has it all. I've only found one salon in my life that met that bill. But over all the place was great, and I highly recommend it.

Love this place! They are friendly and fun. Great service and am pleased with the quality of work. I think it’s the best nail salon in Clifton Park and good prices too.

They did an amazing ombre from black to red for me! Gorgeous and so great with attention to detail. Loved!

The place is clean. The staff is nice and friendly and actually talk to you rather than between themselves. They pedicure was great too!

Went here on Saturday Mala was quick to soak my old anc and was super pleasant! I asked if she could do my anc and she said she was booked the rest of the day. I completely understood and was okay with whoever I got because the reviews were great. I sat for over an hour and a half waiting to have someone start my nails. This lady wearing foam wedges asked me to sit and I showed her a reference picture of how long and what shape. She confirmed that I wanted coffin. I then felt I could trust her and didn’t pay any attention to her because she barely talked. That was fine with me until I saw that she did and shorter length than I wanted and completely different shape. I left after being there for 3 and a half hours with trash nails which I went home and fixed. So I wasn’t going to make this review until just now my nail broke at the top because she didn’t put enough glue! Please make sure your nail tech is good before going here!

This was my second visit there and it was just as pleasant as the first time. Very professional and friendly

I went in to get my nails done for prom, I booked my appointment the same day an hour before closing. There were 4 employees there when I got there and there were 5 other customers being helped already. I sat down and they told me to pick up colors etc. I already had a picture on my phone of what I wanted and they matched it completely. I wanted tips with anc in a coffin shape that was like a pink faded into white. My nails are all completely straight which has never happened at any other place I have been to. I’m so happy with their employees and they were all so friendly. High recommend!

After reading reviews knew this was the place my fiance and my sister would come for our mani/pedis. We didn't want to call and we're happy to recieve a Facebook message back for appointments. Everyone was so lovely, kind, funny and sweet. We will definitely back. Great experience and thank you for everything!
