Echo Spa & Nail

Called ahead and asked if they had room for pedicures for two people at 1: 30pm. They said yes. Show up at exactly 1: 30pm and there’s only one nail artist available so one of us gets pedicure. I ended up having to wait until 1: 55pm until someone was available. I get there are delays but if I call ahead and they say good to go at 1: 30 when they’re not, it’s a complete waste of my time. It’s obvious they lied to get me in the door in hopes of me waiting and then spending more money. Lack of honesty and complete disrespect of my time— won’t be coming back and wouldn’t trust them to honor appointment times.

I have been going to Echo for my manicures for over a year. They do a great job and it’s easy to get an appointment.
