Extremely fast and professional experience. My wife cracked her phone screen and needed a repair. After it was approved we were given a time, but since post would not allow entry we were scheduled to come to the shop where the repair was done while I waited. 12 years of experience and it shows. Will definitely recommend this shop to everyone who needs repairs.

I thought my phone would be unfixable, but they did pretty much nothing short of a miracle. I had broke the screen while working, I push carts at Walmart and think my phone must've banged up on a shopping cart while in my pocket. The next day took my phone in to see if it could get fixed, and they had it done in the same day looking just as good as before, and slapped on a nice screen protector for me. Ishmael did a fantastic job.

My iPhone screen was severely damaged. The gentlemen there fixed it in less than 20 min for an affordable price.

Maybe Im biased bc my brother helps run the store and my cousin works there. But I don't go anywhere else if I have an issue with my phone. They're good they're fair and they're consistent.

Stopped by to get my Apple Watch fixed on a Tuesday afternoon. He wasn’t open. He was sitting in a truck outside. When we started to drive away he got out, went inside and shut off the lights. Would have been nice if he just let us know they were closed. Will not go back.

Charge me 60 bucks to get something off of a hard drive and get nothing do not go to them they're not waste of time go to staples

I can not overstate how blown away i was with the was at Easy Tech. As soon as I walked in the door I was approached and not only helped in an extremely efficient manor but any questions that I had were completely and thoroughly explained to me. I had my phone repaired not only within the timeframe given to me but also with expert care. The people at easy tech really handle every customer as if they were family. This is going to be a lengthy review so please bare with me….

I was born and raised in New York and have since moved, but all my friends and family still live in Upstate. A little over a year ago I found myself rushing back to the area when my father had a heart attack and was in a coma for about a week after being airlifted to Syracuse. This was mid-pandemic and visiting hours were VERY short and my fathers hospital room phone was not working. He was in an extremely fragile state (physically/emotionally/mentally) and very disoriented and confused and the isolation was only adding to that. He asked my mother to please bring his iPad and iPhone to the hospital so he could have contact with us outside of visiting hours (4 total hours a day for all family, 1 at a time). In a panic, she locked him out of both devices and we had no way to reset them as all my elderly fathers passwords were saved on the iPad.

Desperate to get either the phone or tablet in working condition I started to call everywhere… the Apple Store, multiple phone repair companies… no one could get me in that same day. I called Easy Tech and Scott answered saying that although that’s not normally a service they offer- I could come in today and he would do his best. Not only did he get the phone unlocked, he was able to reset the tablet, too! The whole process was done in about an hour. He wouldn’t even accept my money for the service after explaining the situation and how I had just driven two hours from Syracuse out of desperation when he said he could MAYBE help.

Scott is honest and compassionate and I would trust him gladly with any device repair needed. Their prices for commonly needed repairs such as screen replacement are exceptionally low/affordable and I received better service here than any large chain store. This is small business at its best.
