Eastview Mall is a high end shopping experience. It's clean, updated, a very airy feeling as you're walking throughout, spacious. My only complaint would be that the WiFi sucks amd the food in court is lackluster. They took a hit after COVID it seems and places closed and no one has filled those spots. However, it doesn't change the overall experience of the mall. Destiny mall is just as close but I would have to wear a bullet proof vest and bring my 9mm there.
Great display of toothpick world. Was moved in mall so glad to see just relocated and even more to see. Bring the kids or be a kid amazing craftsmanship. Landmarks from the world and Hollywood all made with toothpicks. Some are 10 feet tall or golden gate bridge about 40 ft long. Wow.
Would highly recommend anyone to come and shop and enjoy the experience at any time of the year!
My favorite personally is the Christmas season they go all out for decorating and it’s absolutely beautiful / breathtaking and they have a Santa and giant tree in the center of the mall!
If you are in the area and want to explore / have a wonderful shopping experience come to Eastview Mall it’s absolutely amazing!
It lastly has a giant selection of wonderful stores for everyone to enjoy!
High end mall with a mix of your typical retail stores and some much more expensive ones. If you're an avid spender, be ready for an empty wallet after visiting this mall.
High end mall with a mix of your typical retail stores and some much more expensive ones. If you're an avid spender, be ready for an empty wallet after visiting this mall. Somewhat empty, but not as much as other struggling malls.
Understandable at Christmas time it's a busy time to sell things in a store.but how do three employees stand there looking at each othe.r when you ask for help in the tall section and don't answer. Would rather talk to themselves and ignore you.
It was a lovely trip. Had to take my grandson for some winter item's, he is from Florida. So he needed boots, heavy jacket, hat and scarf, etc. Found them all at the mall. Easy and lovely. Also on sale.
We went to the mall for my kids to see Santa the week before Xmas. There are signs everywhere stating the mask mandate yet over half the people walking around we NOT masked! We didn’t see any secure guards or anyone to enforce the MANDATE! This is crazy! Then waiting in line forSanta, there were families unmasked and were never told to wear one when it was their time with Santa. Seriously!? ! I felt like I was at marketplace mall, not eastview. Now on to Santa. He looked the part for sure but was so mediocre when it can to engagement. He never asked my sons if they were “good this year” or asked what the wanted for Xmas. I had to prompt and lead the conversation. This was such a huge letdown especially since we couldn’t see Santa last year. Step up your game Eastview. I won’t be returning to shop this year that’s for sure!
Note, I am very used to Destiny USA mall that is in Syracuse, NY. Eastview Mall turned out to be a surprise for my girls and myself. What we enjoyed was how spacious it was compared to Destiny USA mall in Syracuse, NY that we are so used to. The walkways are wide and lighting was welcoming. Also, worth mentioning, the people seemed to be more relaxed, again compared to Destiny USA mall. Not bad at all. The bad part is that it's on a smaller side. We found lot's of stores that had been gone out of business in Destiny USA, it was a pleasure to see JCPenney here! Loved our trip to Eastview Mall.
Probably the biggest and most well stocked mall in Rochester - has a nice variety of stores and a huge parking lot. The food court could use a bit of expansion
Glenna is amazing. So friendly and the products are great! Can't wait for a chance to get more of the full spectrum cbd tincture for pain ache. Love this store!
Great place, lots of stores to choose from. Come here every year for Halloween for my son, they always make sure to host some event for trick or treat. We ended up with covid probably caught it while here, they don't enforce wearing masks.
The store associate was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products. For a first-time rug buyer for a first-time home, we couldn't have asked for anything more.
I really like Eastview Mall. The place is really clean and well maintained, plus there are a lot of stores unique to the mall or that are the nearest location for several hours of driving.
11/2021-I recently did some Christmas shopping here. Mall was extremely dead there was barely any people shopping but we had a good experience at all the stores we did stop in and all of the people we interacted with were friendly. There was a decent variety of places to shop but what I did notice was that a lot of the stores in this particular Mall don't carry as much as the same store in another mall would. If you're in the area it's worth the visit. They have really clean bathrooms that were recently remodeled and honestly I liked the fact that it wasn't crazy packed while trying to shop.
10/2019-Used to love this place. I took my kids there for trick or treating at the mall and this was the worst year ever. There were barely any stores participating and the mall didn't hand out the candy bags this year. Ive been going to events at Eastview for years and it seems to have lost the magic.
Most businesses survived and are open. I was there in the middle of the day during the week so it was sparsely populated. Well lit, interactive menus to find the place you're looking for. Remember what entrance you came in! Also there are all kinds of businesses either connected to the property or across route 96. Enormous amounts of parking, Ontario County Sheriff parked there as well.
This mall has a confusing layout to navigate around and unfortunately it looks a bit run down from the last time I was hear about 10 years ago. It was nearly empty.
I went to Soma at Eastview. That's the only time I go to the mall. I don't know what the rest of the mask was like, but it was pretty, well lit, clean, and lots of people.
I was disappointed that we showed up hours before closing and half the stores had either closed up early for the day or closed down for good, I felt rushed through my entire experience and everything is overpriced, I was glad to see the man who ran the carousel was still open as we were leaving because my kids were really looking forward to it, he was also very friendly and patient. Most of staff in the mall that we did see were friendly and helpful.
If you're a man shopping for yourself don't waste your time coming here. You're better off going to Walmart. They sell sweatpants and sweatshirts. Ought to be shut down
Best mall in and around Rochester. Much diversity and space that I loved. Shopping malls are not far from becoming a thing of the past. So explore it before it closes out. I really hope this doesn't.
I like the mall it has a great variety of stores and good food. Usually i find stores here that i find both at the Greece ridge Mall and the Marketplace Mall. For example i find Torrid at the Marketplace Mall, but not at the Greece ridge Rd Mall. I find the Children's Place at the GreeceRidge Mall, but not at The MarketPlace Mall. At Eastview Mall i find both, so if I don't want to do too much driving, I'll go to Eastview Mall. It is also clean and it seems to be well maintained. Please like my review if it was helpful. Thank you.
The mall use to be wonderful but due to covid it has fallen a bit. Not as many stores as there once were and the ambiance just isn’t the same. If you want to walk, I would recommend but if you’re looking to actually shop I think you’re better off ordering online.
All the stores are basically the same thing now. There's no diversity in the shopping experience. The food court keeps changing which tells me its probably ridiculously overpriced rent to get a place here.
Love coming to this mall. It’s our favorite place to walk around on a rainy or cold day. Lots of nice stores. Buyer beware of the Lineaire Store though! I got pulled into a high pressure sales situation there and it was super sketchy and definitely a SCAM. I don’t know how this store is allowed to stay open at the mall. They don’t even have a phone number on file with the mall. I called mall customer service to ask about this store when I got home and they don’t even have all the answers. So stay away from that store! Aside from that bad experience at that one store we like going to this mall.
Was finally nice to go to a mall that still had all they're stores still full and busy-after covid enjoyed being out and actually being able to shop. Nice mall and the carousel was an extra bonus for my grandkids
The stores and common areas were clean and cute. The selection had more quality than quantity which I particularly enjoyed. The lighting was perfect for pictures and label - reading.
This is a wonderful place to visit. It's fun just watching, but schedule an actual time slot. One can't beat going inside to visit and play with the current residents. Lisa does such a great job and is devoted to the cause.
Lots of parking, decent selection of stores, but to be honest I’m no longer a fan of malls in general. Maybe this one will stand the test of time. And Amazon.
Visited Goodwill to make some donations. Glad for the variety of things they accept for donations and the resulting selection they have inside the store!
