Excellent service to the airport. I made a reservation the night before and they arrived promptly with no issue on the journey.

The dispatchers are so terrible, they don’t know how to work, they need to be trained on how to do dispatch work!

I ordered a car for my important meeting, the dispatcher said 10 minutes, but they called me back after 30 minutes to say there was no car available and didn’t hear any apology words! What terrible service I received!
This not a first time, I think I’m going make big complaint about this company to TLC!

Extremely rude and uncaring. We called for two handicap persons. Driver yelled at us because he didn't know where to pick us up. Called dispatch and that's where it became even worse. They wanted us to wait even longer for another car. This is not how you how you do business or treat the handicap. Zero stars

EXTREMELY unprofessional I was waiting 25 minutes for a cab before I called the station back to check on the location of my driver. At this time I was on hold for 30 minutes before I eventually hung up and a car was never sent.

Don't use this service! They come extremely late and treat customers as if you work for them. I used this service for a few months to take my son to school, and they were always late or didn't show up and associates and management do not value their customers.

I am not 100% sure it is linked to this service, but a driver whose Apple Pay receipt claims they work for this company definitely ran a fraudulent Lyft/Uber scam on me. I was hailing a cab, they pulled over pretending to be a hailed taxi. When we were pulling away, someone knocked on the window showing that it was their Lyft, and the driver said no it wasn't. After a couple of blocks, they explain that the ride will be $40 (for just 20 blocks) because of a concert. There was no meter running in the car at all. The driver clearly was hailed by someone else via lyft and abandoned them to try to charge a higher fare for someone they picked up on the street who assumed it was a regularly-priced taxi.

Rude employees and owners that don’t respect or value customers and prices change based on the day. DO NOT USE!

One of the worst car services ever, never ever ever call them if you want to get to your destination. I called them and waited 1 and a half hours for a cab and still it didn't come.

I called and they said 5 minutes at 4: 28. I was outside in the cold waiting for more than 30 MINUTES. It’s now 5: 03. Called them back twice and they kept lying saying 2 mins. Never calling these guys again.

Appointment for pick up was made. Twice confirmed for 4: 00pm. At the schedule time of pick up no vehicle: available. Call made to ask about the vehicle, no car available for 15 to 20 minutes. I call back after 22 minutes he said the car was 1 block away. At 4: 34pm I finally got the car.

These guys are con artist they tell you one price and and gauge you, do not use them! They are thieves!

Once again, you call the car, but no one comes. You call them, and in response, silence. I do not recommend if you urgently need to go somewhere on business

Terrible Car Service, Driver Missed My Drop Off Location, and Dispatcher is rude, will hang up before you speak, and keep saying couple minutes but will never call you back and when you call them back they dont pick up until the 10th call, DO NOT ORDER A CAB FROM HERE

Fast and reliable, They sent a driver in no minute for an airport trip, came faster to pick me than any other ride-shares I know.

Recently l had the open heart surgery. Even for a short distance l have to call a cab for shopping or for other necessary things. After a different experience l found a Eastland Cab. Thank u for your great service and thank u to all your helpful and kind drivers. Keep going like this. Thanks again.

This car service is very unreliable! Call someone else! They make you wait! Then not answer the phone and when you get them they'll put you on for for additional 5mins then not return to the phone!

Worst fuccen car service. Had me waiting for 3 separate cabs. First one 10-12 min next one 4-5 min next one 3 min then they literally stopped answering my calls. Bad business bad customer service.

This place is the worst they are very unprofessional very rude and disrespectful they hang up om your talk to you rude and always late either there services please don't use

The application doesn’t work at all, it ask for codes that aren’t even send
I erase the app like 6 times and it still didn’t work

Horible is not a word. Who ever your dispatcher is fire that person. I will make sure noone orders this taxi from now on. Telling me 10 min every 15 min i call back to find out where the car is. And 40min later noone came

Waiting 30 mins for a car is becoming the norm for this place. They tell you 5-10 minutes but you end up waiting 30. You call back and they tell you the driver is 5 mins away and will even give you a location but apparently the driver gets lost and gets to you 20 minutes later. If you need to get to work or some place on time, don’t waste your time coming here. But if you have 30 minutes of your life to waste waiting for a driver, then this is the cab service for you.

Even with the current situation, they try to get you a car promptly. The prices are very right to any point in the city and even out town and state. All the cars are clean with very professional drivers. If any problem arises, the magment always solves it in the best possible way.

They so rude, and when i asked how long time gonna take they everytime said: 5-10 mins and 30 mins later again 5-10 mins.this a joke. They have app and when u choose 1 more stop they didn't show the price just after say way more than what have in app.

The dispatcher is ALWAYS incredibly rude. Whoever answers the phone. There are many other options of car services to use. Midwood, being one of the best. No point in dealing with Eastland bc no matter what time you call them, they lie, tell you they will be there in 10 minutes, they quote you a price and then the driver tells you another price.

Very unprofessional. Car services make money if they have customers that like their service and use them on a consistent basis.
