Minor traffic usually turns into gridlocked situation, due to bad exit merge set-up, security that’s there is given the detail to facilitate traffic flow, however it quickly turns into something more like a referee giig,
between NYers who instantly develop that thick sense of entitlement as soon as they get in driver mode, & those self-privileged ride share/taxi drivers,
you can possibly encounter some of the most inconsiderate & frankly most undesirable individuals you’ll unfortunately have to come across.

Shopping area no target its closed dwn plenty other things and small supermarket. Littica area to meet a chic seafood spot with many options right outside plus nuff parking before 10 pm. Photos nxt time on NHRR60 8ROOKLYN. East Harlem life

Huge mall in the east river and 117 street. You can walk from 1st avenue. There is an Ashley’s, Costco, target, Aldi’s and many other shops. There is parking, I walked from 1st avenue- you can also take the 6 train to 116th, and the vehicle traffic was dense. It is on the east river so there is also a nice seating area in the back.

Here you can shop at Costco, Marshalls, Target and other great stores. Grab a doughnut and some coffee, sit on a bench and enjoy a great view of the East River! Walk 2 blocks south and BANG your in Jefferson Park!
Lovely place to sit, Jog, play handball, basketball and you can workout outdoors. There's even a pool to cool off in. How awesome is that! Located in Spanish Harlem, East 117th street

Early in the morning its a beautiful place. Wonderful views and cleaning staff is very friendly.

Good experience. We come here mainly for Costco shopping. Parking in the next door building is available. I am glad they have this placd here although it can get crowded from time to time.

It's nice and all, but the whole area just smells. I guess if your not from there you won't notice the smell.

The details of the parking are non-existent. So annoying to figure it out. And Target Express doesn't take cash! Wth! The selves always are empty.looks like it's going out of business. Find another Target

What can ask for in walking distance to busses train and cabs

On end of 17th east. A 4 stories Mall center. Parking car and bike is avalaible. Arribe by FDR. Bus 116 and 116th MTA line 6 is avaliable. Find a brand discount stores in each floor. Cosco. Target. And Planet fitness gym. And more to know and shop.

Parking is Fairly Cheap & Target In There Is Very Organized Compared to Other Large Targets

It was my first time at the store so it took me some things me to find what I needed but staff were available to point me in the right direction. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Went to Target picked up Lysol, in and out.
Looked out at the river while mesmerized by cars traveling on the freeway in between us.

When i want to buy in bulk i go to COSTCO for necessities and also to spend some more on their fast food area.pizza is great and eveyrhing else too. Great place for new products too. Its a warehouse for evertthing you need and want.

Elevators out of order. Escalators were working but for ppl with disabilities not an option. Crowed ppl not wearing masks.

Several good venues here. Costco Wholesale, Target, and Aldi to name a few. The car service from here can be sketchy. Better to go out to Pleasant Ave and call a metered taxi, Uber or use the M116 bus.

I live 2 blocks from East River Plaza Mall and love it. While there are a variety of Stores and Store types, my 3 favorites are Costco, Target and Aldis. FYI - I) I live in a pretty small one bedroom apartment and I still find that the Costco membership is very worth it for those who are wondering because they don't live in a larger space or have a family.

Its a Mall. They have a variety of establishments, Targets, Aldis, Burlington, Marshall's, Bob's, Pet store, Costco, Apple Bees and a fish store

This place is an accident and lawsuit waiting to happen. The elevators are often not working and there are countless people putting FULLY loaded shopping carts on the escalators. God forbid one of those carts fall on the people below. Today there were NO elevators working and there was a woman on a wheelchair who could not get downstairs. Nothing was learned from the woman that suffered brain injury when a kid dropped a shopping cart at this mall.
