Spent the afternoon with Valentino looking at the VW Atlas. Did not end up making a purchase yet as I am early in my search for a new car, but Valentino was great to work with. Extremely professional, honest, and not pushy, which I very much appreciate. If I end up with a VW I look forward to continuing the experience with Valentino!

I dropped 1 star because I had to reach out to find out what was taking long with my service.

I had such a great experience trading in my old Volkswagen and leasing a brand new Taos. Amy at East Hills Volkswagen was so so helpful and made the experience very enjoyable! I waited over three hours for my car, despite arriving to the dealership at 6: 45am. When my car was finally ready, I told the clerk that I would like to make sure that the problem was resolved before I leave, as this has been an ongoing problem that the Huntington dealership could not resolve. Sure enough the problem continued, as I called two people and they both heard echo while using Apple CarPlay. I told the clerk, but since the mechanic did not hear echo when he used his phone, he denied that there is still a problem with the car. I also asked for a safety inspection and the car failed the emissions portion. When I asked why, or if they could fix the problem so that it could pass, he said he didn’t know.

The service people where nice. They where able to sort out the problems and made sure I was satisfied with my service.

I purchased a vehicle from Donaldson's before the change in management. I had a pleasant purchase experience. Fast forward to today with mandatory mark ups on vehicles. Definitely not. I will take my business elsewhere.

This wasn't the first dealership we went to but it was the last. The easy going demeaner of Deanna, who helped us is why we bought our new vehicle from her. Good luck on your search.

Drop off the car. SA explains what needed to be done. Left the car, got 2 calls from SA. First to inform me that it's been worked on and provide me an ETA, the 2nd call at completion. Took 5 minutes to pick up the car. Easy enough.

I could not recommend East Hills Volkswagen enough! Deanna was awesome and did everything she possibly could to get me into the perfect car. A week ago I bought my Volkswagen Taos from East Hills Volkswagen dealership in Sayville. From the time my wife and I walked in first to the next day the deal was made, everything was done so smoothly. The salesperson we worked with, Darren Bruno is absolutely wonderful, not only he made the whole process so seamless, but he was very thorough, respectful and knowledgeable of the car and best of all, he was not pushy or trying to sell us anything. Darren is highly regarded individual at this dealership, he is honest and trustworthy. Whenever we are ready for next car, we plan on going back to this dealership, hopefully working with Darren again to purchase new car. Once we had agreed on the price, Daren took over the entire process to prepare for car pick up, from getting our financing done to getting our insurance in place, all we had to do was walk in for about one hour to sign paperwork and drive off. Thank you East Hills Volkswagen dealership and especially Mr. Darren Bruno for making the car purchase process enjoyable. Our experience from start to finish was amazing! We were treated like family and were given clear answers instead of run arounds. We went in on a Thursday to just look around and by Saturday we had all our paperwork processed, car inspected, cleaned and I was able to leave the lot with a new car. It was all so quick thanks to Mike and his team, thank you VW for making this process so easy and enjoyable for us.

My husband and I purchased a 2022 Pyrite Silver Tiguan, Mr Tim Hogan was a very professional salesman. Don’t let his age fool you, he is a very old soul with incredible knowledge on VW’s. He answered all of our questions and fulfilled our needs.

Went there to get a wheel alignment and look to buy a new car. Called to make and appointment with service when i showed up they told me they cant do my wheel alignment cause i did a 1 inch drop on my car. I then went to Huntington VW and did my wheel alignment no issues at all. When this was Donaldson they were horrible and looks like its still the same with new owners.

Much better experience at East Hills VW than some other dealerships I visited. My salesperson Deanna K was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond setting up the lease for a Tiguan at a price that worked for my budget. I highly recommend her!

Buying a car is always a struggle, however, my salesman John was straight with me throughout the entire process. He made my buying experience smooth and comfortable.
As soon as the sales act comes into play, I'm out. This was not the case. He treated me fairly and my son with respect. John was a pleasure to deal with. Glad I came to East Hills and was able to make a deal here. Hats off to Josh as well. Good job guys.

My purchasing experience at East Hills VW in Sayville was great. Our sales rep Holly Alvarez was amazing. I knew what I wanted going in but had few questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me finalize my decision with no pressure. I walked in on a Saturday and walked out on Monday with a new car. We purchased our Atlas from another dealer but brought it to Easthills of Sayville for warranty work because it’s closer to our home. Unfortunately it’s not the first time we’ve had an issue with the Atlas but this time it was unable to be driven. Earliest appointment wasn’t for almost 2 weeks. Then they take the car in and don’t touch it for a week! All this time I’m paying out of pocket for a rental. They promise return phone calls that never come! Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced! 3 weeks so far w/o the Atlas, 3 weeks so far of paying for a rental, and nobody at Easthills of Sayville (Donaldsons) can care at all. I recommend going elsewhere. Oh. And still don’t have our car back

I was looking for a new car, something different than what I've been driving. Had my eye on a VW Atlas. Did my homework and went to several VW locations and landed at East Hills VW in Sayville. My sales rep, Deanna Knipfing, was great to work with. She answered all my questions and made the transaction for my new car seamless.
