Great service, extremely reasonable pricing, and quick! I called about a wheel bearing needing to be replaced, dropped the car off the next morning, and was able to pick up my car by 2: 45 that day. They also warned me about another bearing that will need to be replaced in a few months which I really appreciated. They're awesome!

Picked up a customer vehicle that they had towed in. Amazing service and very reasonable towing and storage rates. Would recommend them if your in need of a tow.

Replaced my entire antenna system that included removing several interior and exterior panels in the toyota. The truck and antenna looks amazing and was under the estimate, highly recommend!

They did a great job when my car got a weird leak. Friendly, fast, and the price was right. Since they are also a gas station, they have extra late hours, which meant I could pick up my car at 9pm. Most places that wouldn't work. Highly recommend them.

Just dealt with these people professionally, assisting a mutual customer. I call and speak with auto repair facilities and towing/storage yards daily. Generally I loathe these calls.

I spoke with several people there throughout the day and each and every one of them was polite, professional and courteous. So pleasant that I felt compelled to write this review because this type of professional behavior should be rewarded.

I left my car with them for 4 hours to get a state inspection. I went back and they said my car still wasn’t looked at. Maybe created a schedule system instead of telling people to just come in. Wasted time I’ll never get back. Thanks.

Visited because a random part from my undercarriage was dragging. The workers quickly assessed the issue and ziptied the part in place before my appointment with the mechanic next week! Grateful this place is right around the corner from my apartment

This garage is great. I had to get all 4 tires on my car replaced about a week ago on extreme short notice, and I called East Ave Auto. Their newer hire, Morgan, answered and went above and beyond for me to make sure they would be able to service my vehicle. Morgan was extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs and even offered to stay later than his scheduled shift to make sure I would be able to get my vehicle in that night for service the next day. Thankfully I was able to get my vehicle to the garage before they closed but I was extremely impressed at Morgans willingness and desire to help and make sure I was taken care of. When my vehicle was ready to go the next day the rest of the staff at East Ave Auto was friendly and professional, and let me know of other issues my vehicle has that need to be addressed without pushing or pressuring me into getting the work done immediately. I will be taking my vehicle to this shop exclusively in the future based on the excellent service and interactions I had with the staff.

My kid is at school in Rochester and I'm 900 miles away. Who can you trust? Tom, Paul and the crew at East Ave took care of a year's worth of maintainence on our old Mercury at a reasoanble price. East Ave did not receive those "Best of Rochester" kudo's for nothing - take your car there!

Very rude and not very thorough at all. They did a pre purchase inspection and charged me $75 just to miss I big ol check engine issue and when I brought it back the next day after buying the car based on their opinion they laughed at me when I simply asked them to read the code on the OBD2 port. Rip off, unhelpful and rude on top of it. I can’t recommend this place. East Ave snobs apparently. They replied to my first review denying that I was reviewing the correct shop. I wrote the review in the parking lot 2 minutes after speaking with the employee about my issue. I’m definitely thinking of East Ave Automotive in Rochester NY.

Got me in asap for oil change and NYS inspection. Choice of days, times, etc, very accommodating. Topping off windshield fluid and charging $3.50 for it seemed like a money grab to me, left me less than impressed.

I have left my car for an oil change and come back at closing hours with no work done and have scheduled appointments twice only to show up and be told it wasn’t in the system and they couldn’t do the work. Very disappointed to not count on the local auto shop

Had a flat tire and happen to work across the street.the guys in my office highly recommended this place and I completely understand why. I walked over without any appointment, told them my issue and they said no problem, we can def take care of you. Turned out they don't make the model tire I have on my car anymore, so both back tires needed to be replaced. He (Sonny) found 2 of the model tires that I needed for the price of what one of my old tires would have costed me. I mentioned the battery in my key-fab had died and he'd have to open the door manually.well, he replaced the battery on that for me as well. Total time from drop off to pick up was under 2 hours. HIGHLY recommend, he (Sonny) was very polite and I was treated fantastically. Much appreciated.

An extra star for humor here. My e-brake in my manual car wasn't working (at all, which is important later) and when I called Thursday I was told Friday worked great for them and they'd have it done same day. I was surprised at this, and could have brought it any day but hey.sure why not. I dropped it off, took my $15 uber home and worked. Get a call at 4pm that they hadn't touched it, wanted to look at it tomorrow, and that it may not be done until Monday. Well that's a big hell no! So I get another uber in Friday rush hour traffic to find it waiting for me out front. How nice, right? I hop in the car - which was in neutral with the e-brake up. LOL thanks for the memory of you, guys.
