My mom sister and I did a spa package here - and WOW it was incredible. We spent 3 hours here and completely felt at home. This place was clean, the staff were attentive and kind, and the services were done very well.

A must do for a great price.

My 4th time getting my wax here. I try to get it with the same person but they keep giving me someone else. They are still nice and clean, also SUPER SWEET. It's like if your grandma was waxing you. They offer you products without pressuring you to buy it. If you forget tip money they'll tell you where the closest atm is.

I waxed my face (mainly my chin) and Tanya did an exceptional job. She is dedicated to her work with all the attention to detail. All the men with coarse facial hair go see Tanya. This was my first time and she was great!

The girl who worked with me here today was very quick and thorough. I am very picky about wax and sensitive to pain but she made it a fully painless experience. I loved that there was no irritation which is rare after Brazilian wax for me. The place was sparkling clean too. Great experience. I highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back.

I have been coming to Dyanna for 2 years for electrolysis and I really love this place! The technicians I see most often, Lora and Tanya, are amazing and very thorough. The prices are the best I’ve found in the city-less than $100 for 60 minutes. So many places charge $80+ for 15-30 minutes. They are very accommodating when I’ve had to reschedule or am running late. They are also not judgmental; I have an endocrine disorder that makes me grow a lot of facial hair and they have never made any rude remarks about it, they have only been helpful in getting me towards my goals over the past 2 years. I highly recommend coming here!

Best place to get a Brazilian wax in Manhattan! Their office is always clean and neat. The atmosphere is super welcoming and relaxing. I’ve tried other places before but this is the only one I really loved so far. Highly recommended!

I went in for their first time Brazilian wax for $25. I thought it'd be a good catch but I couldn't see myself paying full price here. Although my waxer was a sweet person, I really did not like the wax they used. I've showered 3 times since yesterday and still have residue left which has been irritating me since. Not sure if it wasn't removed correctly. The results itself is ok and wasn't too painful. Most likely I won't return.

I decided to treat myself and got the massage & facial package here. It was a one of a kind experience! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They made me feel at home from the moment I walked in. The entire experience was super relaxing. I really appreciate such amazing service!

I am pregnant and came here for waxing, I was so positively impressed with the treatment and Techs! My aesthetician made a proper assessment of my pregnancy and also provided me with a lot of advice and information on the treatment and the wax that was going to be used. She complied with the best guidelines to prevent bacteria or skin reactions and provide a completely painless experience! I would definitely recommend them. Had my first appointment at the Dayana Spa yesterday - a cleansing facial. I'm one happy customer:) The ambiance was relaxing, the service friendly and warm and above all, my face is glowing today. The front desk person is very nice too. I will definitely be coming back for regular treatments. Thank you ladies!

We made a booking for a bachelorette party and got the couples package which included a scrub, massage and mini facial. The services were fine but this really wasn't what we wanted for a bachelorette party. They told us we could bring our own alcohol and they did inform us that they only had one double room, but since it was for a bachelorette party and they told us we could BYOB, we assumed we would be together at some point to be able to drink it. Instead we were separated and never saw each other until the end of the treatment. There was never an opportunity to enjoy the treatments together. The treatments were fine, but this location was completely inappropriate for any type of party.

The mini facial was disappointing since it ended up being a sheet mask. Even if it was a "mini facial" I guess I expected something a bit more involved.

The massage was okay but didn't feel very deep. The best part was the body scrub which left us all feeling baby soft and smooth.

These ladies are awesome! From the professionalism and fast responses when booking to how comfortable they always make me feel when i go for waxing. I’ve gone 4 different time and seen 4 different aestheticians and they’re all great! Do yourselves a favor and book your next appointment there, you’ll be glad you did! Thanks ladies!

Dyanna is my go to waxing spot in the city. The women who work there are all so lovely and they always do a quick and excellent job. In a world of chain stores for everything, I love a place where the staff and the salon feel more like a community.

Absolutely love this place, been going here for years. If your looking for a manzilian, ask for Tania, she's the best.

I recently had microneedling done along with a facial and it was an incredible experience - ask for technician Lora she does an amazing job!

Very Relaxing even though my massage wasn't the full 50 minutes because the lady kept leaving the room.

I didn't have a great experience at Dyanna for a Brazilian, unfortunately. The website says you'll be given a consultation for determining the best wax for your type of skin, but this wasnt offered. I had to ask a few times to clarify that they did waxing for sensitive skin.

The aesthetician also came and went from the room a few times during the wax, and my legs were open towards the doorway. She did her best to close the door quickly after her, but it was pretty uncomfortable, and I wish I'd had a towel or something to cover while the door was open.

They also don't do any plucking after the wax, which is usually standard, and they didn't clean off the leftover wax. The aesthetician said I could help myself to some oil if I "felt sticky" - which, of course I did. I was still covered in wax.

Then they said the first-time client deal ($25 for a Brazilian) didn't apply to the sensitive skin wax, which the aesthetician didn't warn me about. They said it's stated "clearly" on the website, but what it says is "Dyanna's Spa is so exited to welcome our first time clients with a $25 Brazilian wax (based on women's regular priced azulene wax formula) ". It seems like you'd have to know what the "azulene formula" is to infer that the deal doesn't apply to other types of wax, which just wasn't clear to me. She did offer me 10% if I signed up to their mailing list.

Generally the front desk was impatient and unwelcoming, and the wax was only so-so. You can get way better elsewhere for $65.

I couldn't even schedule an appointment the front desk was so rude. They were very nasty I wouldn't pay a dime for their service. They replied and lied Wow! I find out nasty attitudes and like precede you.see other low rate reviews. Stop blaming others for your bad attitudes and finally be accountable judging from other reviews I'm not wrong.

Had a great waxing session there. The staff were professional and polite. I showed up a little early, and they took me right in. I appreciated not having to sit in a waiting area. My aesthetician was talkative and definitely patient with me. I chose to have a full leg, full arm, and Brazilian. Lots of wax, but she powered through. I was impressed with her efficiency as well. With quite a lot of surface area to cover, we were still done in 90 minutes. It was also my first Brazilian in quite awhile, so she was very conscientious about my pain tolerance levels and checked in frequently. All good!

I did the gold facial. To me it was not much better than the deep pore cleansing one, which I did previously. So I will stick with the previous one.
