Dunn Tire

Everyone was friendly and were very helpful explaining every part of buying my tires. They get 5. However the whole show room, including the customer waiting area was filthy. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in days. Oh and the men's toilet was absolutely disgusting

Beware That nice free repair on tires is now 7.50. The tire stem is always defective. Another gimmick

Came in needing a new tire, was told it would take until after christmas to get my size in.after explaining i was traveling for the holidays, the guys were able to pull some strings to get me a new tire by the end of the day! Made my week great customer service

I had a pleasure of working with Mike at Dunn. I explained the tire I was looking for, what the experience with my current tire (brand) and what type of driving/needs I have. The tire I wanted was back ordered and he made a recommendation of the Vredestein Pinza AT. All the reviews on the tire were excellent so I went with his recommendation. The price with alignment and warranty was less than the.competitions. So far the tires handle and look great

Outstanding, from the front desk the second I walked in I was greeted.
I also had a few question, I had narrowed my search to three different tires on our Ford 350 crew platinum.
We use for family trips camping, day to day.
We have family all over eastern and central United States so I needed a tire to do the job well, snow, trailering, highway, dry wet.
After explaining this, in which the gentleman listened and did not try to oversell or undersell we came up with a product.
The guys, installers were fantastic, very nice people each and everyone I came in contact with.

This place always seems to amaze me on how well their customer service is! Anytime I need something done however big or small I can count on this Dun-Tire to provide great service at reasonable prices. I will always come to this location, Tony and Ryan treat me like I’m a human and not just like I’m bothering them or some kind of number and that means the world to me.

New to the area so I I didn’t really know where to bring my car for repair yet. Walked in, Tony at the front desk was very nice, made me an appointment for a little later in the day. I came back and Dave completed the tire repair, new battery and oil change quickly! Was in and out. Reasonable price! The younger gentleman that cashed me out also very nice Will return

I would not recommend Dunn Tire. My experience was challenging from the minute I walked through the door. To begin with my online appointment was never received so they offered to schedule an appointment for later in the day. However they did not carry the tires that we were quoted online so they provided an alternate but didn't have them in stock but could have them for the afternoon. When I we t back in the afternoon I waited 2.5 hours for a wheel alignment and my tires to be put on when I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I was not the only person waiting an extended amount of time. At least three other people were there for the same amount of time I was and one customer was told after he waited and hour and a half after his appointment his car hadn't e enough been taken in yet. Terrible experience and I won't be returning.

Very satisfied with Dunn service. Stem on tires were stripped from tire rotation at a oil change place a week prior. They said my lug nut was stripped and they put a larger lug nut on to compensate. Very disappointed in valvoline, I guess they can only do oil changes. When I took the car to Dunn the service man noticed three stems where stripped and a couple other lug nuts were also loose. They repaired the damaged stems and I now feel safe driving my car. Thank You Dunn.

Made an appointment a week prior to my appointment, got a confirmation email. Show up to my appointment and they have no record of me. My inspection and tire rotation took over two hours. Had a similar experience my visit prior. I am spending my money elsewhere from now on.

Overall experience was very good. Was in on my appointment time and out just over an hour later for 4 new tires and alignment. The only thing that i had a complaint about is the tire program, I was told about it as a option and could decline it, but when the final bill came out wasn't offered to decline it. Overall happy with the service.

Simply one of the best and thorough auto shops in the area, the Dunn tire promise is true for tire rotations for life, everything is always "Dunn" right, clean and neat you don't even know they were in your car. I love using Dunn on Union road. Mike was a wonderful representative of the Dunn tire company

Dunn Tire has always been a great business. They've been accommodating when I've had an an emergency with tires I've bought there. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've also witnessed them being incredibly kind and accommodating to other customers including the time they squeezed in a mother with a small child when she desperately needed that kindness. I highly recommend getting the insurance on the tires. That extra has saved me hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars over the least year. (Well worth the money if you can swing it.)

Tires seem alright, but nobody took the care to clean the rims or tires after replacing the tires. I was a bit embarrassed to show my new tires from Dunn tire to my friends and have them ask why they look so messy. Would have taken less than 2 minutes to clean or perhaps a little care to not get it all over the rim and tire and little even on the paint of my car

Everyone I interacted with here was very nice, friendly, however I was put off by the fact that I was told different things by different employees, concerning price, and what would be done at my appointment.

I was quoted a price at my first appointment (“that’s everything but tax”). Then when I get there for the service, they tried to slip $100 of warranties in that had not been discussed. Then I was told I had to come back separately for the alignment (even though I was told “as long as you give us an hour, we’ll get everything taken care of”), and that was an additional price.

Tony was very helpful and did what he could to accommodate me, but at every turn I was given different information. It was very frustrating.

I had nail in my tire right before leaving for vacation. Staff were friendly, super accommodating, and got me back on the road quickly.

I had front brakes and a state inspection done just yesterday. Tony took care of everything for me with professionalism very pleasant end results. I am very pleased with the care given to my situation and will be a return customer. I suggest asking about credit and any discounts available. They give a veterans discount. With that and a couple other discounts I saved $125.00 off my bill. Thank you Tony and Dunn Tire.

Beware. One employee did a quick walk around my car and tried telling me that all of my tires were messed up when all I came in for was an alignment because I changed my 1 tire.as soon as they realized I wasn’t giving into their lies, they did my alignment and I was on my way. I will not be returning

I usually come here for wheel alignments, but that might change after what I discovered earlier today while working on my car.

Went to replace the struts on my car and noticed the right front tie rod jam nut was loose, from the alignment I had done in May. I could have gotten into an accident if I didn’t notice it. Luckily, I tightened it and there wasn’t a change in my alignment. This is making me cautious about getting alignments done here in the future. I also wonder how many other cars that got alignments done here have/had the same issue…

Video was taken when I unbolted the tie rod from the steering knuckle. It hadn’t been touched until today when I noticed it.
