Dunn Tire

Had a 2pm appointment to have new tires installed, it wasn't busy and was out of there in less than a hour, everything went smoothly and had no complaints.

Pulled in with a flat that occurred from picking up road debris. They not only took me in right away, but also were able to get me 4 new tires, that I needed in a few thousand miles anyway. Back on the road within 1: 20 minutes. Thanks so much.

They refused to patch/plug my tire saying it couldn’t be repaired; that I needed to get 4 new tires. I called another dealership and had it patched/plugged without any difficulties. Took longer for me to drive there than it did for the repair.

I made an appointment for 12 o’clock for Saturday the 16th. When I arrived, I was told it would take about two hours. At 3: 35 PM I called to find out the status of the vehicle and I was told that they were talking the tires and come on out and pick it up. Upon arrival, they were still working on the alignment and the car was up on the rack. They told me that they had an identical vehicle that they thought was mine when I called. I found that a little difficult to believe as we were out there in about 10 or 11 minutes and there were no other vehicles identical to mine so by the time we left, it was actually 4 PM or total time of four hours, not two. Also, I am not sure who took my original phone call and gave me my quote but they did not mention that the particular brand of vehicle needed to have the stems replaced and that cost another $40. I have had very good luck with Dunn Tire over the years. I just hope this place is not slipping in customer service. I will definitely call around next time I need tires.
