Great Service! Fast response, Dennis got me right in and out. In my business time is everything and they saved me plenty! This is my second set of tires I purchased from Dunn Tire.

Got home and noticed that the center cap on 2 of my rims were damaged the 1 cap not so much but still.
The other was half hanging off with a divot in the center as shown in my picture. I will have to flatten it and glue back on.

Dunn Tire got my vehicle in for tire changeover as as scheduled.work completed in the time that they told me it would take.

Quick, easy, and pricing was the same as it said online. Went to a different tire place before, waited for me to arrive to tell me they didn’t have the tires I reserved online and tried to sell me others for over $200 more. Much happier with Dunn Tire.

Even though they were very busy they made me feel like I was the only customer they had. Excellent service and finished when they promised. Highly recommend

Rico, Brian and Jason knew I had limited time and made sure I was in and out of the shop in a timely manner. They were kind, courteous and quick! These three gentlemen are an asset to the company and I just wanted to thank them for their professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Staff was great.but went to get the tires on and because I have a lift kit they wouldn't put them on I spent over $1000 on tires and had to go elsewhere and spend another hundred to get them put on.

Went in for a tire rotation in an out very fast staff was very nice definitely will be going there again

They did have to order my tire, and said they would let me know when it got there. I called after waiting most of the day, and called them myself. From there on it was smooth sailing. Within an hour I was back on the road.

Would give 0 stars if I could. No staff. Phones ringing like crazy. Showed up 10 min early for an appointment and waited 25 minutes without any help from the counter. Very very disappointed and will never be back.

I needed to get an inspection and get one tire checked for a slow leak. I had an appointment and my car was taken in and even though it was very busy, I received great service and had 3 nails removed from my tire and repaired. The staff was very courteous and kept me updated. This was my first experience with Dunn and I will be back.

The tires I originally ordered didn’t come in, on time. They exchanged them with better tire for the same cheaper price, and they even made sure I was okay with it, before moving forward! They explained the process, let me know they were running behind and it still was all done within an hour and slightly before their 6: 00 pm closing time. Dunn Tire will definitely will continue to get my repeat business.

Website appointment form worked fine, but the email said I would get a call for more information. Never received a call. Delivered car onsite at appointment time and had no issues. Repair was cheap and functional.

Dunn Tire on Delaware Avenue is the shop to go to for tires! I highly recommend this store for courtesy, competence and efficiency. They helped me out so much when I was in a pinch. Mike & Dante went above and beyond for me. Can’t say enough about their customer service. Thank you guys!

These guys are doing the best they can with the people they have working.

The phone did not stop ringing once the entire time I was there.

I'm not even exaggerating.

They would answer as much as possible, explain their with a customer, and politely put them on hold.

Starts ringing again.

I was there for about 45 minutes, and it rang the whole time.

I felt bad for them and wanted to answer.

I recently contacted Dunn Tire to order 4 new tires. I had contacted the location and scheduled a appointment. I took my car in for the scheduled appointment and proceeded to wait for two (2) hours before they came to notify me that they did not have the tires in stock, despite being told the tires were in stock at time of appointment. I then came back the following day to get the tires put on as scheduled and was able to get my tires on.

I appreciate them because they do a excellent job and the customer skills is above reproach I will highly recommend any friends and family to come to these guys here on Delaware Blessing brothers to work here

Great to customers but could care less about there employees dont want to pay let managers steal people tools (mike gold) an try an degrade you will let you make them 3000 before lunch an let you go and not allow you to finish a two week notice took money right out my familys mouth wouldnt recommend them to anyone always upselling
