We were just at Dunn tire and John the mechanic was so kind and helpful with our vehicle. We heard a rattling noise coming from outside of the vehicle and he jumped to help! I came in because I ran over a nail and was hoping to get a repair done. They tried to fix it, but we’re unable too. They were so nice about the whole thing, and even helped me out with purchasing my new tires, and replaced them SUPER quickly! I will definitely go back to them in the future!

I usually hate dealing with car stuff but this was the best experience ive ever had. Needed 4 new tires and an inspection, I set it up online but they didnt have the tires i selected so they ended up giving me better tires and price matched them, they were the best price around by hudreds of dollars, they were super fast and i was in and out in no time, the people there were extremely nice and friendly, I will be coming back for sure.

Dunn Tire in Dunkirk at the D & F Plaza is the place for tires. I walked in, explained what I needed & Dustin had them within a day. Great experience working with Dustin, Courtney & the guys in the garage. The staff at this location are informative & a pleasure to work with. I will return.

Ordered my tires online, was told my tires were no longer being made. That is a site problem not a franchise problem. Went to my appointment and they started working on my car, then realized the tires they sold me instead were not there, and that I would have to come back tomorrow. Only reason I am only giving 4 stars. Staff was apologetic. Called the next day before my appointment to ensure the tires were there this time. Mounted them and apologized for the mistake. I told them no problem, getting upset solves nothing and thanked them for getting it done so quickly. I would say don't bother with the Dunn website, and call the franchise you plan to deal with.

I love the fact that the mechanics and Bill know my car and remember me from visit to visit. Everyone is great!

In a world that has gone mad Dunn Tire is an oasis of a time past. Friendly, courteous and professional. The family and I were traveling from out of state when we picked up a bolt in a tire. I limped the car over to Dunn Tire and they immediately got the car on a lift and within 30 minutes we were back on our way. They renewed my faith that there is inherent kindness and honesty still abundant in people. Thank you Dunn Tire!

I was not happy when I left the store. All 4 tires were low on air. One was at 22 pounds. That should never have happened. I don’t think we will be using your services again.

They did my oil change Johnny was fast and made sure my vehicle stayed clean. The service manager still took me even though i was a late for my appointment. He was very nice and professional so was Johnny fast service and professional. Definitely will be go back. Thank you Dunn Tire.

I truly give Dunn Tire 5 stars. I initially made my appointment online. I typed in my vehicle info to locate appropriate tires, ordered, and made an appointment. As it turned out, I ordered the incorrect size. The MOD spent 45 minutes with me trying to locate tires within the same price range/purpose, called multiple DT sites along the Syracuse, NY- Erie, PA sites in an effort to squeeze me in the following morning before a trip south. We scheduled the appointment for the following morning. I was called a few hours later to say the tires were there early, and they would squeeze me in so that I wouldn’t have to prolong my departure the following morning. Every servicemen were professional and kind. I will absolutely be using Dunn Tire going further, and calling them directly rather than booking online!

An emergency repair turned to great piece of mind. The Dunn Tire experience continues to get better. Thanks for the honest value driven approach to my experience.
