It’s not everyday you receive HORRIBLE customer service. Today I went to pick up 2 prescriptions, the pharmacy was empty and the pharmacy technician SHAWN ignored me standing right in front of her for over 5 minutes, she was on her phone and even answered the store phone in front of me as if I wasn’t even a human being. She then angrily asked me what I was there for and then began ringing my items up with such an attitude that she broke the bag she was putting my items in. I then explained that I had a pass for one of my prescriptions, she did not like that. She demanded I hand her my phone, I did. She then proceeded to scan the pass for the wrong prescription. I told her I should only be paying for one because the order was prepaid. She claimed I told her it was for the wrong medication, I did not. I asked her politely to just void the transaction and redo it so I wasn’t double charged, she screamed at me that she wouldn’t and claimed it wasn’t a big deal because I’d get the money I prepaid for the pass back whenever it expired. I told her I didn’t want to do that, she said she was not going to void it and didn’t understand why it was a big deal. To be double charged for prescriptions IS a big deal. Worse than that was her rude attitude over all. She acted as if me picking up my medication was ruining her day. I’ve used Walgreens my whole life and never experienced this type of treatment. It’s disgusting. Something needs to be done about her, her attitude and her lack of training. AND I want my money back!
