Bad experience I went this woodside location for taking my babies passport photo. Lady in front desk straight denied service saying that we don’t do babies photo so I went outside to look for other place for photo.my wife is stil inside looking for prints if she had any good prints in phone, then there other couple comes with babies passport photo and the same lady who denied taking photos for baby took the photo for other baby my wife saw that why you do this this is not fare, you denied service to us but doing service to other, it was so cold same day. And wht she said in excuse that “baby was so cute that’s why “. I was looking for other place with my baby in stroller.this is not god customer service. All customer should be equal.treating g diffently not profesnalism ….

This is the local one, only order online for pickup don’t interact with workers on purpose.the pharmacy is rude, has always been. 0/10
All the front people only know how to say is “idk” from associatee to leads. “Idk”

Two of the most belligerent Bangladeshi boomers are allowed to continue disrespecting customers at this Duane Reade/Walgreen store. Management should either hire new cashiers or adopt self checkout like most serious businesses.

This review is regards to Pharmacy Dept. The get 1 star because they constantly are out of stock with prescriptions and routing you to an even further location. In addition, they are always making you wait on a line meanwhile there are more than enough people behind pharmacy counter.

It's where I ALWAYS pick up All of my prescriptions, & continuously buying MORE & MORE COVID products, such as: disinfectant wipes, disinfectant sprays, & sometimes some hand wipes. & As ALWAYS VERY POLITE employees who's Always READY to assist you, & some- times may even ASK if you need help even when you don't need it!

Management is horrible at this location. Who is hiring these staff/associates? Almost every time I come here, the prices on the stickers promote sales but when they scan the product, it's a higher price and they refuse to honor it. The cashier named Shelly or Sally (can't seem to remember) with the glasses, she is the worst! I returned one item and they refunded me a lower price, even with receipt and she refused to provide an explanation. She basically got upset and walked away, what type of customer service is that? Who hired these people? !

Since they offer the pick up point for fedex i being used few times.and every time it's a hard time deal with the cashier that they don't want to deal with fedex packages they give you a bad attitude even when youbtry to be nice with them! I just don't understand why they offer a service that any one wants to do it.and we need to get a bad attitude service.just for pick up a package!

Very professional and cooperative employee. Store has enough stock most of the time. Need to be a free member to receive discounts in the store. You could use your own or friends membership card or phone number to get the discounts.

Immediately upon entering I’m treated like a criminal. I go to buy a camera disc, which most chain stores sell, and I was given absolutely no help. Why be open 24hours if the staff is scared to help customers. I should have gone to Walgreens.

Want to shop and feel like you're being watched the entire time? Do it here because that's what the manager of this place does. Go to the baby aisle and then seconds later you'll hear "Customer service needed in the baby aisle. " Looking for NyQuil? "Customer service needed in the cough and cold aisle". So on and so forth, no matter how busy the store is, or how many people are pushing those stupid buttons for assistance in other aisles because they've got half the store locked behind plastic barriers. Prices are crazy, too, even accounting for inflation increases they're still miles more expensive than competitor pharmacies.

The *only* saving grace at this location is Holly. She's been there forever and she's the nicest person. Always a smile, remembers your name, your kid, asks how the family is doing, always on top of things.

This store is awful, except for Holly. Holly is awesome.

Vicks inhaler 2 pack costs $5.99 in Walmart. These guys selling for $21.49. Have some business common sense. Trying to rip people off. Don’t go to this store.

When you want to return some things thru their fedex but they don't accept without bringing a label. They said they don't accept with QR code scanning. I don't know the reason because "probably their QR code scan is not working? ". No proper explanation at all. I just hope there would be in-service training on their staff about proper communication with their customers.

I love this Duane Reade! I came here once with my mom a few years ago and an employee looked at me and smiled, she gave me my items for free without paying lol! I must be lucky, my mom said it was because i looked cute, anyways i love this place!

The pharmacy staff are always awesome. The front staff today the cashier, I believe he is one of the managers Spanish guy, I forget his name, he was very welcoming and has great customer service. If people do experience a bad day it depends on the staff and the manager who is working that shift. I'm a manager at a fast food restaurant and communication is key as well as team work. If it gets busy all staff should work together to get customers in and out as well as help out those customers that have questions. Overall they do have great customer service at least the times that I visited this location. Never had a problem. Thank you for all that you do.

Very unprofessional. Made appointment for flu shot, got there and was told they don't have and web site is wrong. Didn't apologize just said next. I guess the performance of Walgreens has infected Duane.

Rude customer service from the pharmacy department! I had to call more than 5 times to get my medication! It was just unbelievable, I mean why can't they fix technical errors from their side besides telling clients that its their mistake! Own up the mistakes and fix it and that's how there will be improvement in management and staffs. Terrible experience, 0 stars!

I looking baby lotion & body wash. They have only some Johnson baby products. Avenue, Dove product empty. This is big stores but stock is very poor. Management please take care.

Worst customer service. When you ring for service to get an item from the lock display case, nobody showed up. This didn't happen just once. It happens all the time. Secondly, the product they sell is not consistent. They may have it this week, but next few months it will not be available.

Love it's stuff there. I grew up going there with my mom and my sister. We would also get some toys there. I'm sad that it lost 6 hours of business since it was a late night place along with Rite Aid. But I still love it. Also, it was useful for trips and vacations for its snacks and essentials when we need it the most. Overall it deserves 5 stars.

The people who work in the pharmacy are completely awesome! I've been going for over a year, I've had multiple insurances/lack of insurance, different doctors, and different issues, but they always do their best to explain everything to me and make sure I get the best price possible on my meds. They work very hard, and I appreciate them!

Horrible customer service experience.
I called in advanced about a fedex package that I would be receiving, however it took longer than expected. I asked if someone else could pick it up and the Duane Reade representative told me “yes” as long as the person had the email/link and my information. Now this person went to pick it up with a copy of my ID And me on the phone and the representative working right now (06/02/18 @ 10am) dismisses him and told him to go talk to a manager, I was on the phone on speaker as this was happening. I am over seas and I asked to speak to them personally, they told me NO that they would not give anyone the package. We asked the man for his name and he would not give it to us, we asked 5 times and after the 6th time he rudely said “it’s Sony ok it’s sony” or sunny? Maybe better service from the beginning instead of rudely dismissing someone would be better. And the only reason I’m puttinf 1 star is because I can’t put 0.
