Duane Reade

10am (one hour late) still no pharmacist to help. Bad customer service. No one cared or offered to help. I had a procedure and need my medication. Very very rude staff no consideration. When we asked why the wait we were told too bad if you don’t like it go somewhere else. Nice.the employee is running late. 5 patients left already. This is not how to run a business. I hope this employee gets written up or fired. Irresponsible

Disgraceful. The manager (?) (who was super rude and refused to unlock something for me) was screaming at a cashier telling him he’s stupid in front of everyone. I hope he quits and finds a place he can be treated respectfully.

They are selling Nature Made products with seal under cap is broken/missing.
Everyone should be careful.

This has got to be one of the most organized duane reade in nyc. The staff was extremely helpful to say the least. What's interesting is the amount of shoplifting there is, otherwise I was able to find everything I needed.

The pharmacy staff is really rude. They lost my medication and hung up on me twice. They must have a rough time working there with that attitude. Avoid using them for prescriptions.

We've been doing business with these people for years and, believe me, as we are almost 80 years of age we use plenty of medications which they deliver to us promptly. WE'VE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. Today I realized that there was one drug that wasn't delivered as expected so we went through the process. They got the prescription and thought they delivered it. I checked with our doorman and they weren't holding a delivery for us. I double checked our apartment. The torsemide went missing. As you would expect of a reliable supplier, they ran a replacement supply right over. THESE ARE A+ PEOPLE

Great customer service. The pharmacy makes an effort to know each customer. The staff is very friendly.

Absolute most rude lazy employees, especially pharmacy cashiers. They prefer to chit chat instead of help customers. Place is gross anyway. I would never go back.

I came to this Walgreens yesterday to return a pair of headphones I had just purchased at a different Walgreens before I got on the train. Was told they were charged but they weren’t. The guy at the register told me I could only return the item to the store I purchased from. Come to find out that was a flat out lie according to the return policy on the website, you can return to ANY Walgreens within 30 days. Will question any information given to me by a Walgreens employee moving forward.

The people there are so nasty. Attitudes and egos bigger than nyc itself. If you hate your job so much, LEAVE. Don't bring your crusty self and try to spread your negativity lmao
