This is the Official Brooklyn Gym! Very big place, Lots of machines to chose from, Free weights have a great grip on them, And every section is separated for better workouts!

I went in there to check it out to see maybe to join but upon my arrival I looked at the freeways and it was unbelievably old free weights the waist look like they came from somebody's backyard if you look on a size and see some of the free weights it's all chipped it up very old the machines are okay but the free weights this gym need to step up their game and invest on buying some new free weights and stop using Grandpa's free weights I was terribly disappointed and not enough Elbow Room just keeping it real

I've been blessed with the opportunity to hit up several different gyms in the neighborhood. This one brings a different feel, a different breed of folks that work hard for their health. There is no other gym like this one.

One of the best or the best gym in Bensonhurst neighbourhood the staff is amazing always take care of everyone very respectful Tommy is great handling everything.

There should be a 10 star to rate bc you can’t find a better gym then this

Murray the owner is great as well as David
and staff.
Only complaint is when the machine is occupied by people not using the machine- cellphone browsing is the norm.
Or a dumbbell bench is a receptacle for personal effects.
Otherwise unlimited amount of machines for every body part.
